Job Purpose and Impact The CapEx Associate Buyer Analyst will manage full-cycle sourcing activities in addition to data management and analytics, record-keeping and communications for the North American Capital Excellence sourcing team. This role will actively contribute to the build and execution plans of Cargill's ongoing capital project strategy. In this role you will support North American sourcing for Capital Construction project activities. You will coordinate and execute low to medium complex procurement requirements to provide inputs to the category team. Join us to utilize your expertise for sourcing, while collaborating with industry-leading professionals on essential manufacturing facility build projects. Key Accountabilities * Support a team of professional procurement sourcers on the Construction/ Capital Procurement team and manage the sourcing of services for construction projects. * Manage procurement processes for team members. Review P&IDs and ensure control loop design is clear and follows good process control theory and practice. * Act as SME for the control system design. * Assist in development of process control narratives and cause-and-effect sheets - ensuring good control design practice and adherence to scope requirements. * Responsible for technical outcomes for all control systems deliverable on the project. * Interface with Instrument Engineers within KAES and on the Engineering Contractor team to ensure that instruments will meet control systems performance requirements. * Assist in the design of the control systems cabinets, network architecture, bill of materials, and all other deliverables for the control system itself (Yokogawa and DeltaV). * Support Factory Acceptance Testing, start up, and commissioning activities for the project.
