The Position:
The Corporate Communications Specialist will support the Corporate Communications team by helping orchestrate events, drive digital campaigns and assist with lead generation and brand awareness, while also helping us build our culture through various internal communications, events and CSR initiatives. We are seeking a strong multitasker who can deliver original content, meaningful sales enablement materials and employee engagement deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Communications Strategy and Execution
Support the development and execution of communication strategies that align with company goals and brand voice.
Draft, edit and distribute original content for both internal and external communications (press releases, newsletters, executive messages, talking points and more).
Digital Marketing Campaigns
Partner with marketing and sales teams to support lead-generation initiatives through targeted campaigns, event promotions and digital advertising (as needed).
Create engaging, original content (including video) for email marketing, digital ads and social media (as needed) to reach target audiences and industry verticals while staying up to date on current trends and best practices.
Develop sales enablement materials (slides, one-pagers, presentations) to support revenue growth.
Execute email campaigns in Pardot or similar platforms, including segmentation and automation for lead nurturing.
Assist, train and update the commercial team on the use of existing marketing tools such as the Sales Enablement Library (SEL) and gather feedback to improve materials.
Keep the SEL and company stats up-to-date, ensuring they are readily available for company-wide consumption.
Internal Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Build internal campaigns that keep employees informed, connected and inspired.
Write content for newsletters and company-wide communications.
Assist with planning and executing CSR initiatives and community engagement projects.
Partner with HR and leadership on engagement strategies to foster a strong company culture.
Trade Shows and Special Events
Support the planning and execution of trade shows and company events.
Create run-of-show documents and post-event recaps.
Assist with vendor coordination and logistics management (setup and breakdown), ensuring everything is visually polished and on-brand.
Travel 4-5 times annually as a Cargomatic brand ambassador, engaging with customers and partners at various events.
Analytics and Optimization
Track and report on campaign performance across digital platforms.
Use data-driven insights to improve engagement and lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (can be substituted with experience).
5+ years of relevant experience in corporate communications, digital marketing, email marketing and/or internal communications.
Strong writing, editing and presentation skills. Video editing experience is a plus.
Strong creative eye for design and proven ability to work with a team to produce visually appealing content, including video.
Hands-on experience with email automation platforms (Pardot preferred) and CRMs (Salesforce a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both external and internal audiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.
Experience supporting CSR programs or employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
Ability to move event supplies (up to 50 lbs.) and assist in trade show setup.

Compensation:
The expected salary range for this role is $85,000 to $115,000. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education and other factors permitted by law. What You'll Be Doing
Take a leadership role in Trinium, Profit Tools, and other TMS system implementation and act as a change agent; this will include troubleshooting and resolving issues as well as conducting end user training, including writing procedures, and support

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Patient Assessment / Care Planning / Counseling

Participates in care planning in collaboration with the patient and healthcare team to identify effective interventions that will help the patient meet rehabilitation, treatment goals, and improve quality of life.

Maintains current knowledge regarding local vocational/educational rehabilitation programs and assist patients with referral and access to vocational rehabilitation to enable them to remain employed, become employed or receive education.
Assesses patient awareness of advance directives; assists with accessing advance directive forms/information and facilitates discussion of advance directive wishes, if necessary, with the healthcare team and the patient's family/support persons.

Staff Related

Provides training to staff pertaining to psychosocial topics as needed.

Role Overview
As an Account Manager at Cargomatic, you will manage and grow relationships with existing customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and profitable expansion. You will collaborate closely with operations, product, sales, and finance teams to deliver solutions that optimize freight execution and drive measurable results.
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, customer-focused, and experienced in logistics or drayage. Account Managers are expected to work on-site daily at one of our regional offices to stay closely connected with our customers and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive retention, renewal, and expansion.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling new services or lanes.
Partner with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and timely issue resolution.
Track account performance metrics including customer satisfaction (CSAT), renewal rates, and gross margin improvement.
Present account insights and business reviews to customers and internal leadership.
Contribute to revenue and profitability targets within your assigned territory.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or drayage account management.
Proven success managing and expanding enterprise or port-based logistics accounts.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify growth trends.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits
Cargomatic offers competitive compensation tailored to market conditions, experience, and performance, including base salary, performance-based incentive opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Expected salary ranges by location are:
Seattle, WA: Base salary between $90,000 and $110,000, plus a performance-based incentive opportunity.
San Francisco, CA: Base salary between $100,000 and $125,000, plus a performance-based incentive opportunity.
Los Angeles, CA: Base salary between $90,000 and $115,000, plus a performance-based incentive opportunity.
Phoenix, AZ: Base salary between $80,000 and $95,000, plus a performance-based incentive opportunity.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role (4 days) for a Business Development Representative based in Lincolnshire, IL. The representative will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and contributing to sales goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, initiating outreach to prospective clients, managing customer relationships, and supporting sales and strategic business development initiatives. The role requires proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams to align on goals and strategies. This role is compensated with base salary and commission, with on-target earnings of $100k.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Utilize various tools and platforms to find leads, initiate contact, build interest and schedule meetings.
Client Engagement: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, educate them about the company's products or services, and present solutions that align with their requirements.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including calls, emails, and meetings, using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Analyze sales data to identify trends, assess performance, and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as marketing, customer service, and product development departments, to optimize sales strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and enhance sales effectiveness. Continuously improve selling techniques and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
6+ months of experience working as an inside sales, sales/business development role or account management capacity.
Ability to effectively understand customer needs while identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
Must have a customer-centric approach, be persistent, and have a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in CRM systems. Salesforce is a plus.
