    The Inside Sales Representative's (ISR) primary role is to partner with Territory Sales Managers (TSM) to maintain and grow sales in a specified territory. The ISR is responsible for lead generation, maintaining customer satisfaction and building relationships with our VA, Indian Health, Department of Defense, and Community Care customers. **Essential Functions** (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.) + Lead generation- Prospecting new customers to increase customer count. Prospecting existing customers to increase order rate. + Conducting outreach via phone and email + Assess customer needs. + Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty. + Promote current products on VA Contract.
