Schedule: We are currently seeking part-time and full-time availability to include both weekdays and weekends.
Pay: $19.57 + credit card and cash tips!
Essential Functions
Assists management in monitoring day-to-day activities of team members.
Assigns responsibilities to team members before and throughout the shift.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities, think/act quickly and effectively while maintaining self-composure.
Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
Supports Store Manager in ordering, scheduling, payroll, and accounting.
Takes and fills customer orders, providing quality beverages, whole bean, and food products that meet all recipe and presentation standards.
Drives for result with ongoing promotions and achieving store goals.
Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
Executes store operations during scheduled shifts. Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned. Follows Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all employees during each shift.
Ensures the cleanliness and smooth operation of the store (wipes tables, sweeps floors, throws garbage away, and straightens out tables, maintains cleanliness in public restrooms: clean mirror and sink, sweep, stock soap, hand towels, and toilet paper).
Knows when to escalate situations for management intervention.
Completes other tasks and duties as assigned based on business needs.
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months supervisory/lead experience.
2+ years of previous restaurant/hospitality/coffee experience is strongly preferred.

Assist the Store Manager in onboarding and training new team members

Ensure team members follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Responsible for all facets of the operation for the assigned shift of a Papa Murphy's store by performing the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
* Be in the proper uniform and ready to take responsibility of shift at the assigned time.
* Proficient at the Counter, Prep and Cashier positions.
* Insures all team members are in uniform, clocked in and at assigned positions at assigned time.
* Responsible to perform a walk-through of the store to insure that the store is ready: clean, stocked etc. for business using the pre-rush checklist.
* Supervises and works with the assigned staff to assure that the proper guest service and product quality are given as prescribed in the "Operations Manual."
* Accountable that all cash is handled properly and funds are properly secured.
* Insures that the unit is operated according to the proper food handling, sanitation, safety and security guidelines as outlined in the "Operations Manual."
* Insures proper labor guidelines and labor laws are adhered to including schedules and breaks.
* Responsible that all opening, closing, change of shift and early out assigned duties are completed using appropriate checklists.
* Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of shift and daily paperwork using the POS system.
* Insures that an adequate supply of fully proofed crusts is always available.
* Supervises the sale of pre-made pizzas to insure they are proofed a minimum of one hour and sold within the next hour. (Two hours total at room temperature)
