Efraim Grinberg joined the Company in June 1980 and served as the Company’s Vice President of Marketing from February 1985 until July 1986, at which time he was elected to the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing. From June 1990 to October 1995, Mr. E. Grinberg served as the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer and, from October 1995 until May 2001, served as the Company’s President.
