Woman who runs the company has never worked in direct care & doesn't appreciate employees who go above and beyond. A couple of long time employees manipulate & lie about new staff because they don't like them for silly reasons. They never acknowledge employees who go the extra mile, just like to put writeups in your file. You will be worked to death and not appreciated.
I feel bad for the ones who live in these homes. The woman who runs the place is clueless as to what really goes on.
Can't think of anything.
A lot of gossip from main office. Woman that runs the place Never worked in direct care. Never enough help so the ones that are frozen in are set up to fail.
Can't think of any. Very stressful job and not paid well for it.
