The primary responsibility of the Cath Lab Tech is to provide assistance with patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab (CCL) through the provision of technical assistance to the cardiac catheterization team.

Salado Isolation Mining Contractors, LLC (SIMCO), managing and operating contractor of the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP) is currently seeking a qualified individual to serve as a **_Fire Protection Engineer_** and join our team located in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
**Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Fire Hazard Analyses (FHAs), supporting Documented Safety Analysis/Technical Safety Requirements (DSA/TSR) revisions, conducting and reviewing engineering calculations, reviewing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and providing expert fire protection guidance and support to site projects. This position reports directly to the Fire Protection Engineering Supervisor.
The Fire Protection Engineering group at Waste Isolation Pilot Plant is split up into subgroups consisting of Systems Engineers, Inspection Testing and Maintenance (ITM) personnel, as well as the Fire Marshal's Office. The Fire Protection Engineer (FPE) will interface with and provide support to the Fire Protection Engineering Group relating to each of their functions. The Systems Engineers act as the design authority for the Fire Protection system such as:
+ Firewater Distribution System (fire pumps, firewater tanks distribution system)
+ Water-based Fire Suppression System (sprinkler system)
+ Fire Alarm System

THE VITAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE YOU'LL HAVE
As our Teller, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring smooth financial transactions. Your day will involve processing savings and checking accounts, loan transactions, and cashing checks. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate account records and balancing your cash drawer daily. You'll also handle ATM machine balances, cross-sell bank services, and receive payments for various loans. Your ability to identify sales opportunities and make professional referrals will contribute to our team's success. Each interaction with a customer is an opportunity to represent Pioneer Bank with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring prompt, efficient, and accurate service. Whether you're explaining account options or processing transactions, your role will be vital in building strong relationships with our customers!
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical ability to stand for extended periods when providing customer service
Ability to use a computer keyboard and a 10-key calculator by touch
Ability to relate and empathize with others while maintaining a friendly, cheerful demeanor
Ability to read and legibly write up documents for customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills

Sells new or used automobiles, trucks, and vans on premises of vehicle sales establishment by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Greets customer on sales floor and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
Researches availability of models and optional equipment.
Consults with Sales Manager when necessary; never allowing a customer to leave without first consulting with a Sales Manager.
Works with the Sales Manager to compute and quote sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount, and requirements for financing payment of vehicle on credit.
Prepares all related paperwork and applications (e.g., sales slip, credit application, etc.).
Delivers new vehicle to customer. This process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty.
Maintains a prospect development system.
Remains knowledgeable of new products, features, accessories, etc.
Attends sales meetings and training sessions (at various locations) as scheduled.
Adheres to Company policies and procedures.
Meets, or exceeds, written forecast and projected sales numbers.
