BRIEF DESCRIPTION The Facilities Manager reports to the Facilities Director and serves as a supervisory member of the Facilities Department. This position supports departmental goals by overseeing daily operations and maintenance activities for Eddy County facilities. The Facilities Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of facilities staff, including assigning work, scheduling, monitoring work quality, and ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
