In 2007, Rautio was named an Outstanding Alumni of Bemidji State University. In 2005, she was recognized by the Minnesota-based business publication, The Busi ness Journal, as a Woman Changemaker. She also received the Corporate Woman of Achievement award from the National Association of Women Business Owners' (NAWBO) Minneapolis Chapter in 2004. In 2003, Rautio was honored with a Carlson Fellows award for special achievement. The Carlson Fellows award represents the company's highest career achievement honor and is presented to employees who best exemplify the qualities of leadership, creativity and dedication and who are considered to be true builders of the company. She has a well-earned reputation with peers and industry experts and was named one of the top women in finance in 2001 by another Minnesota-based business publication, Finance and Commerce.Prior to joining Carlson, Rautio was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Jostens,Inc., headquartered in Minneapolis. She also served as vice president of Finance for Minneapolis-based Pillsbury Co.

Executive Vice President, CFO and Treasurert

Brad Hall currently serves as executive vice president, chief financial officer (CFO) and treasurer and reports to Trudy Rautio, president and chief executive officer.Hall has been with Carlson since 1998, and prior to assuming the CFO role, was responsible for the Company’s treasury, strategic planning, investment analysis and risk management activities. In this capacity, he directly led and advised on loan transactions totaling more than $2.5 billion,including securing the debt financing for Carlson’s first two Radisson Blu hotels in the United States. Hall also oversaw the share purchases that secured Carlson’s majority interest in the Rezidor Hotel Group.Previously, he served in financial planning and analysis, accounting and internal audit roles within Carlson. His work included centralizing TGI Friday’s accounting processes, providing financial and strategic decision support, renewing investment opportunities, and designing and implementing management incentive plans. In 2014, Hall was named “CFO of the Year” by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. Hall holds a master’s degree in business administration with Finance and Strategic Management concentrations from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He participates in several finance-related organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, the Association for Financial Professionals and its Corporate Treasurers Council. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

He joined CWT as executive vice president and chief financial officer one year earlier. He is based in Paris and is a member of the global executive team.
