Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Execute CarMax Standardized work Engine Repair Advance engine performance and drivability Electrical systems repair Manual drive train and axle repair Brake diagnosis and repair Steering and suspension repairs including 4-wheel alignments Heating and air conditioning repair Inspect vehicles per CarMax Quality Standards when needed.     What You'll Be Doing We are looking for All Stars! TERREPOWER Collision business unit, All Star Auto Parts is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Fabrication & Repair Specialist. If you are a dedicated individual interested in joining a growing company in the automotive parts industry, we want you on our team! As a Fabrication Repair Specialist, you will perform the production duties below: Review each product to determine the required repairs Ensure you have the proper tools and materials required to repair the product to an insurance quality standard For each repair, you may be required to cut, trim, file, bend, or smooth parts to ensure proper standards are met Ensure quality control standards are met Adhering to assembly safety standards Work with team members to identify and develop improved methods of repair Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free warehouse environment with focus on injury prevention Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent practical experience Repair fabrication work experience is a plus particularly with plastic and resin Strong focus on quality - deeply care about the product and your work High degree of professional credibility, including responsiveness, team focus, and interest and ability to perform work in a safe environment Physical Requirements Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours. Lift and move totes up to 50 pounds. Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head. Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations.
