What You'll Do:
As an MDS Director, you will manage the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments necessary for developing personalized resident care plans and the capture of clinical reimbursement for services provided. You will ensure the highest level of revenue integrity and compliance to all state and federal regulations for MDS completion and coding conventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the MDS program, ensuring compliance and accuracy in assessments
Determine Patient Driven Payment Method (PDPM) and expense associated with a potential admissions
Monitor Case Mix Index (CMI) scores, looking for potential risks and/or changes that may affect reimbursement
May train, mentor and/or manage MDS Coordinators, providing guidance and support
Coordinate and participate in comprehensive resident assessments and care planning
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure accurate data collection for assessments

GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE
The Master Stylist is responsible for engaging with guests, consulting with them on their hair care needs and recommending products and services. The Master Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest's total look. They support the Experience Manager (SM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) through a focus on performance (service sales, and productivity), people (guest service), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards). This position requires a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the aptitude to learn and communicate product knowledge.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (*Essential Functions)

Performance
Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
Meet or exceed sales goal of $1250 average weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services by delivering exceptional guest service and contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty (including credit), and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty.
Perform product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service experience.
Support the execution of in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives that deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
Take the initiative to stay informed regarding new and existing industry trends, products, and services during work time, and be knowledgeable about the ingredients and benefits of these trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.

Utilize appropriate booking and clientele systems to book guests for return services and for events.
Communicate any supply needs to the Experience Manager, ensuring guest readiness at all times.
Maintain outstanding store operational standards, including cleanliness of the salon, salesfloor, restrooms, backroom, break area, and any additional assigned area.
Adhere to the Ulta Beauty dress code.
Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.

Collaborates with PTFK (Prime Time For Kids) staff, Department of Health, and School Districts regarding initial and supplemental evaluations.
Serves as a liaison to foster consistent and coordinated communication between PTFK staff and families
Maintains daily data, communicates with CCSD, oversees auditing
Assesses, refers, intakes families and individuals for services as needed through - CPSE.
Provides tours to prospective students and their families
Coordinates meetings with families and members of the treatment team for students attending Prime Time for Kids.
A liaison between classroom staff and parents, providing support and insight
Assists in the evaluation of the delivery of program services; provides methods/suggestions to improve program quality and assists in their implementation
Analyses current practices, brainstorms alternate suggestions for the program
Serves as liaison with community-based agencies, including the DDSO and Rockland County Department of Health.
Maintains up to date records and statistical information for Children's Services as required by Federal, State, local authorities and our Agency.
Assists in the development of and review of Children's Services program plans.

Our midwives provide prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care for women, including underserved populations, acting as a vital resource for women and families throughout their entire life span.
Our Midwives practice full scope care for our patients as independent providers while also participating in consultation and collaboration with our physicians to meet the needs of our more high-risk patients. Whether it be seeing patients in the office or taking call on Labor and Delivery, they provide a culture of empathy, collaborative decision making, and empowerment to women.
This is a full time (40 hour/week) Midwife position. Includes weekend & holiday coverage.
Preferred Criteria:
· 2+ years' midwifery experience
· Bilingual- English/Spanish
· NRP certification
· Required Criteria:
· Master's degree in clinical specialty and certification in that specialty required.
· NYS Midwifery License
· BLS through the AHA

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions in Life Science Analytics, with expertise in Enterprise Architect (Snowflake, AWS), DevOps. Also, plan to integrate with Visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Responsibilities
Define the enterprise-wide data and Business Intelligence strategy aligned with business priorities
Partner with CIO/CDO to industrialize analytics and create scalable, sustainable solutions.
Design data models, semantic layers, and curated datasets that feed Tableau and other BI tools.
Ensure integration of Tableau with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, etc.).
Promote standardized KPIs and metadata layers to ensure consistency across dashboards.
Build automation frameworks for data refreshes, ETL/ELT pipelines, and Tableau extracts.
Define the enterprise Tableau architecture (Server/Cloud deployment, scaling, licensing, security)
Provide reference architectures for analytics solutions using Tableau and supporting platforms.
Guide Business Intelligence developers on scalable, maintainable dashboard design.
Ensure alignment of data pipelines, reporting, and visualization layers with enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor, aligning client technology with business goals.
