They say they are family but by far from it. The hr lady there targets people she doesn't like and it is very known the moral there has dropped so bad and was brought to there attention to only blame a hourly employee.
I use to love working there until the new hr lady was hired. I volunteered 95 percent of my own tike on Saturdays to not even get noticed.
They preach safety especially at maple Grove site until it gets in thr way of production.
It was a very short drive for me, and it beats working away from home.
Working swing shifts none stop and missing a lot of family time
Definitely the hunt club. Gonna miss that for sure
