    Coordinates all functions related to technical support for specified departments. Assists coach(es) with technical resources necessary to improve efficiencies and quality. Assures that all processes in the technical support areas conform to Liebert Quality System. Assist with corrective action and follows up with quality issues. Responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, evaluating, and recommending process improvements; time studies; work instructions; assisting with tooling modifications; and assisting with relocating and setting up of stations. Assists coach(es) with the coordination of departmental safety team meetings. Assists with corrective actions and follows up on quality issues. Provides technical support and troubleshoot complex issues. Recommends process improvements. Conducts time studies and work instructions Assists with tool and jig modifications Improves workstation ergonomics Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. able to work cross functionally.
