Role Summary
Vacation is seeking a highly driven Controller to lead our Accounting function and help scale processes and infrastructure to support our rapid growth. Ensure all compensation policies, plans, and programs are administered in compliance with applicable regulations, laws, and codes.
Oversee the compensation items of SOX and RASS control to maintain regulatory compliance for the Operating Unit.
Implement and direct HR information systems related to compensation administration. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
