Responsibilities Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze data from multiple sources to extract actionable insights and provide recommendations for improving onboard revenue. Collaboration with Business Stakeholders: Work with teams across the organization (e.g. operations, finance, and marketing) to integrate business ideas with data insights. Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. Beta Testing and Validation: Support the design and analysis of beta tests for new business strategies and tools, including AI/agentic solutions. Communication and Documentation: Document methodologies and findings for future reference. Communicate results and recommendations effectively to team members, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure a shared understanding of analytical results and recommendations. Analytics Project Support: Support multiple analytics projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights. Take ownership of projects related to onboard revenue or guest commerce and coordinate with team members for successful project execution. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Finance, Data Science, Engineering or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in business analytics, revenue analytics, or a closely related field (such as cruise, hospitality, travel, or consumer operations). Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with AI/agentic systems (e.g., LLMs, workflow automation, prompt engineering) and willingness to learn and apply new tools. Applied AI experience (AWS Bedrock, Azure Copilot, Langchain, Hugging face, etc). Strong business acumen and understanding of KPIs, revenue generation, and operations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience working with large datasets to analyze business performance, revenue trends, or operational KPIs. Experience supporting cross-functional teams with data-driven insights and recommendations. Experience presenting analytical results to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience participating in or supporting beta tests or pilot projects for new business strategies or tools. Experience with data analysis, preferably in a business or operational context.
