Summary:
The Support BCBA is a supplemental position that provides assistance in caseload management alongside an in-center BCBA in Training. The Support BCBA is not directly responsible for a caseload, but rather assists with providing supervision to clients and RBTs in the pod supported, as well as any others in the center as applicable. This role is full-time, fully remote, and all technology is provided by LAC.
Clinical Responsibilities:
Assist with providing supervision to RBTs via Microsoft Teams
Assist with billable hours by providing Telehealth services to clients via Microsoft Teams
Assist Junior Program Managers and Apprentice Students with caseload management
Complete all documentation of supervision and billable hours daily
Collaborate as needed with in-center clinicians regarding modifications to programs, protocols, training, etc. based on observations made within sessions
Stay abreast of current empirically validated studies
Attends and maintains all outside training certifications (CPR, First Aid, etc.)
Follows all mandated reporter standards
Works effectively with all members of clinical team and demonstrations professionalism in the workplace

Key Responsibilities:
Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director
Required to meet both hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equaling an average of 25 billable hours per week
Required to conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in both the clinic and home setting (if appropriate)
Maintain relationships with parents of current clients and conduct caregiver collaboration and training sessions as assigned with a minimum of 1 parent training per client per month
Ensures client programming is ethical, appropriately individualized, and provided with integrity by making consistent programming decisions for assigned clients and conducting overlaps with clients and behavior technicians
Ensure oversight of programming implement in both the center based setting and community settings (if applicable)
Design and implement Treatment Plans (TP) for assigned clients
Update progress reports for assigned clients
Oversee/monitor ABA programs including conducting initial and ongoing assessments
Direct, lead & supervise behavior technicians as part of managing programs, including oversight of assigned RBT supervision hours
Keep up to date on current research and best practices
Model and fill in for therapy as needed
Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community
Assist Clinical Directors with conducting Initial Assessments as needed
Take on assigned supervisees for BACB student supervision as needed
Assist with Interim Care as needed for potential clients as needed
Properly document all activities according to both the BACB guidelines and funder guidelines
Requirements
Basic & Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry clients who are least 30 pounds
Must be willing and able to restrain/hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Support Plan in the course of working with children with challenging behavior
Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures including kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, sitting, standing, bending, for extended periods of time.
Must be able to walk and run to chase clients and maintain a three-foot distance at all times
Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to attend to basic needs such as feeding, diapering, toileting, and dressing
Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection
Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
Must be able to take written data and transfer to electronic files or data base systems
Must be able to maintain prolonged periods of working on a computer while sitting at a desk or on the floor
Must be able to assemble, clean and maintain therapy space including toys and furniture
Must be able to administer medication to clients
Job Requirements:
BCBA or BCBA-D Certification.
Licensure in states of practice (where applicable).

Lighthouse Autism Center is the leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa and North Carolina and expanding within those states and other states across the U.S. Since 2012, Lighthouse Autism Center has provided the highest quality, center-based ABA therapy to children with autism. At Lighthouse, children work on things like social skills, daily living skills, communication skills, and school-readiness skills. All children are overseen by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and programs are implemented by Registered Behavior Technicians. Lighthouse Autism Center also has full-time Speech-Language Pathologists on staff who provide co-treat and consultative services speech therapy services to children who attend the centers.
Summary:
The Vice President, Marketing & Business Development is a strategic and results focused senior leader responsible for developing and executing Lighthouse's go-to-market, referral partnership, and lead generation strategies. Responsible for collaborating across functions and center-based resources, this individual will develop and execute a market strategy with the goal of increasing demand generation across all existing and future LAC markets. This leader will oversee the marketing, business development, and referral functions, developing and executing data-driven strategies that expand awareness, optimize referral channels, and strengthen Lighthouse's position as the premier ABA provider in every community we serve.
Partnering closely with the President, CFO, and Operations leaders, the VP creates and executes strategies to drive revenue and organic growth through market analysis, new business opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive business referral and marketing strategies to drive cost-effective learner acquisition, increase market awareness and expand the network of referral partners to Drive EBITDA, and Revenue growth. Support the opening of new centers on time and on budget.
Build and maintain relationships with referral networks, healthcare systems, school districts, payers, and advocacy organizations to expand Lighthouse's learner pipeline.
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that drives repeatable and sustainable growth.
Oversee the referral management process (CRM systems, analytics, and reporting) to ensure engagement, conversion, and retention.
Serve as the executive sponsor for key strategic alliances and community partnerships, ensuring mission alignment and long- term success.
Partner with clinical and operational leaders to ensure new market and referral strategies align with service delivery capabilities and outcomes.

Develop a process to manage and optimize Lighthouse's brand and external reputation.
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and learner acquisition.
Oversee all marketing channels-digital, community, content, and brand campaigns-ensuring data-driven decision-making and strong ROI.
Maintain and strengthen Lighthouse's reputation and brand consistency across all markets, channels, and communications.
Direct external agency relationships, campaign analytics, and media partnerships to achieve annual growth objectives.

Lighthouse Autism Center is the leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa and North Carolina and expanding within those states and other states across the U.S. Since 2012, Lighthouse Autism Center has provided the highest quality, center-based ABA therapy to children with autism. At Lighthouse, children work on things like social skills, daily living skills, communication skills, and school-readiness skills. All children are overseen by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and programs are implemented by Registered Behavior Technicians. Lighthouse Autism Center also has full-time Speech-Language Pathologists on staff who provide co-treat and consultative services speech therapy services to children who attend the centers.
Summary:
The Vice President, Marketing & Business Development is a strategic and results focused senior leader responsible for developing and executing Lighthouse's go-to-market, referral partnership, and lead generation strategies. Responsible for collaborating across functions and center-based resources, this individual will develop and execute a market strategy with the goal of increasing demand generation across all existing and future LAC markets. This leader will oversee the marketing, business development, and referral functions, developing and executing data-driven strategies that expand awareness, optimize referral channels, and strengthen Lighthouse's position as the premier ABA provider in every community we serve.
Partnering closely with the President, CFO, and Operations leaders, the VP creates and executes strategies to drive revenue and organic growth through market analysis, new business opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive business referral and marketing strategies to drive cost-effective learner acquisition, increase market awareness and expand the network of referral partners to Drive EBITDA, and Revenue growth. Support the opening of new centers on time and on budget.
Build and maintain relationships with referral networks, healthcare systems, school districts, payers, and advocacy organizations to expand Lighthouse's learner pipeline.
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that drives repeatable and sustainable growth.
Oversee the referral management process (CRM systems, analytics, and reporting) to ensure engagement, conversion, and retention.
Serve as the executive sponsor for key strategic alliances and community partnerships, ensuring mission alignment and long- term success.
Partner with clinical and operational leaders to ensure new market and referral strategies align with service delivery capabilities and outcomes.
