Diligently maintain clean and safe facilities Job Functions include: Ensures proper opening and closing procedures are carried out (including turning on/off steam rooms, unlocking/locking doors, and making sure all equipment is placed back in the proper place). Handles the check in process, selling of merchandise and end of night closing on the Point of Sale, when applicable. Ensure all guests are accounted for and accurately entered into the check in system. Greets and welcomes members as they enter the Wellness Building. Ensures the coffee station is kept stocked and tidy at all times. Assists Wellness Director/Asst Director with supplies and orders according to business needs and club procedures. Monitors for possible waste or theft of supplies. Receives and handles complaints regarding the fitness department and communicates to the Director/Asst. Director. Informs and follows through with the housekeeping and engineering departments about the problems or deficiencies as they arise. Ensures that the fitness areas are clean and functioning properly, completing several walk throughs during the duration of the shift. Inspects locker areas and manages locker room facilities. Completes appropriate assignments made by the Wellness Director and Assistant Directors. Performs miscellaneous office responsibilities. Completes required computer based training courses through CLI within the required time frame. Uses Member Name Game and participates in contests as a learning tool. Is responsible for knowing CCC Employee Policies and working by the CCC Mission Statement. Our fleet currently consists of 13 sweeper trucks, 2 heavier duty construction sweepers, 2 dump trucks, 9 pickup trucks, 3 trailers, a bucket lift, pressure cleaner, and a bobcat. Our sweeper trucks are mostly Isuzu cab-overs, though we have a few GMC trucks as well. Our pickup trucks are mostly Chevrolet. No experience with sweepers is necessary (training for maintenance of sweepers will be provided). The base schedule is 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday. This is a driving position. Applicants must have an active driver license and a clean driving record to be considered for this position. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive attitude and general mechanical experience. Experience with diesel mechanics and hydraulic systems preferred. Safety is our priority!
