Job Functions include:
Arrives on time for work shift, well-groomed and dressed in the appropriate uniform.
Reviews and sets up banquet areas, as stated on function sheets, assuring all dishes, silverware, glassware and table linens are clean and in appropriate order.
Graciously receives and greets members by name and guests and seats them accordingly.
Takes beverage orders and serves food in specified station.
Pours and refills wine, coffee, water and other beverages served with and after the meal.
Clears soiled dishes as needed.
Cleans all assigned work areas in kitchen and banquet areas.
Professionally and quickly handles complaints from club members, guests, and visitor and communicates to Management immediately.
Assists in closing functions by performing various tasks such as removing linen, busing glasses, dishes, silverware, etc., and re-setting the room for next function.
Assures that all state and local laws and club policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages are consistently followed.
Thanks members and guests; invites them to return.
Consistently follows all sanitation-related requirements, including those related to personal hygiene.
Is mindful of dining room area to ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety and reports any areas that need attention to management or to the Facility Director.
Suggests to management when additional service supplies and small equipment are needed.
Attends pre-service employee briefings (line-up meetings) prior to working the dining room floor.
Is knowledgeable and follows local and state laws and the club's policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages.
Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Banquet Captain or Management.
Works with a good attitude, with respect towards others and creates professional working relationships with co-workers.
Follows Club safety and security policies and stays alert and promptly reports accidents, injuries, maintenance issues, suspicious activity and unsafe work conditions to management.
Completes required computer-based training courses, North Carolina Alcohol Beverage Control rules and regulations and participates regularly in member name game.
Performs other duties as assigned.

The Manager approves regional Captain, NavMate, Mate, and Third Mate schedules optimizing mariner skills, experience, and development. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Position Summary
As part of its continued growth and development, this Atlanta-based hospitality real estate investment firm is seeking a Project Director to lead the planning and execution of hotel renovation projects. This role reports to Noble's Senior Vice President of Development and supports the firm's investment of capital to create value.
This role is responsible for ensuring that renovation projects are finished on schedule and within budget, while meeting the quality standards set by the project's goals and objectives.
Specific responsibilities include:
Pre-Construction, Design & Procurement:
· Visit project sites to define the scope of work for the renovation, evaluate existing conditions, and determine operational impact.
· Ensure the project scope of work aligns with the Brand Property Improvement Plan, Noble investment objectives, capital expenditure strategies, and hotel operational requirements.
· Establish and manage detailed Development Milestone schedules that highlight key timelines for the project including Design, Procurement and Project Execution.
· Procure and contract the services of the project Architect and Interior Designer along with other required consultants needed based on the project scope of work.
· Manage the design process to ensure project scope, milestone schedule and budget goals are being met. Review and coordinate drawing submissions to ensure brand standards, ADA, and all project scopes of work are included. Confirm building permit requirements and monitor the design team submissions to ensure project timelines are met. Ensure brand submissions occur in a timely manner.
· Contract and manage a purchasing agent to ensure the prompt and coordinated ordering and delivery of all FF&E & OS&E. Review quantities and verify final counts as needed before placing orders while overseeing budgets.
· Identify, qualify and manage General Contractors, other consultants/contractors and vendors required to complete the scope required for the project including Owner-direct purchase items. Manage the bidding and GC RFP process, analyzing bids for cost, scope, and schedule impacts.
· Draft, negotiate and finalize contracts including preparing documentation to ensure that all project scope, budget and insurance requirements are being met.
Construction & Project Closeout:
· Monitor construction by visiting the project to ensure critical schedule milestones are being met and that the quality and scope of the renovation meet the Noble standard.
· Manage communication between the contractor, design team, procurement agents and hotel operations team to ensure the project is coordinated across all parties.
· Oversee the project budget including monthly financial reporting projecting final cost.
· Administer the GC contract by reviewing pay apps, tracking lien waivers, and verifying construction progress.
· Coordinate the generation and completion of the project punch lists to ensure the contractor fulfils all their obligations under the contract and manage the closeout process with the brand.
· Ensure the delivery of all required project closeout documents i.e. as-built drawings, operations and maintenance manuals and warranty documents. Facilitate training with hotel staff on MEP systems, AV and Technology.
General Responsibilities:
· Maintain and prepare monthly internal reporting which includes updates to Contract Tracking Log, Projected Final Costs and Monthly project report.
· Ensure all project files, drawing and records are maintained with current information.
· Continued refinement of project implementation process and standards to ensure consistent project execution.
· Assist Noble asset management teams as needed on capital expenditure projects where Noble development expertise is needed.
· Maintain reliable relationships with industry professionals.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate should possess the following skills and qualities:
· University degree; with preferable specialty in engineering, construction or architecture preferred.
· At least five (5+) years related experience in construction or architectural construction administration and project management, with experience and understanding of hotel renovation, design, FF&E and operations integration

American Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in the United States, is looking to add Line Cooks to our shipboard team for the 2026 season on America's rivers. Our shipboard team supports a combined fleet of ships sailing through various itineraries across the nation from contemporary riverboats to paddlewheel queens for a steamboat experience.
Our Line Cooks are involved with all aspects of food production including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will work closely with other members of the culinary team every day to ensure that the kitchen operations run smoothly and that all service provided to our guests is flawless. Exceptional cuisine is prepared by cooks who have extensive culinary credentials and training from some of the most prestigious culinary institutes. Responsibilities:
Work directly with the Executive Chef/Sous Chef to produce diversified meals for our guests based off of the fresh ingredients.
Organize your workload in the kitchen so that kitchen processes run efficiently.
Produce high-quality dishes that follow up the established menu choices.
Adhere to all the guests' dietary requests.
Maintain order and discipline in the kitchen during work hours.
Ensure that hygiene and food safety standards are placed as a top priority throughout all stages of food preparation.
Ensure that all meals are prepared as quickly and deliciously as possible.
Enforce food and safety standards.
Communication with coworkers is imperative to all meal services.
Qualifications:
Ability to work around 14 hours per day.
Minimum 2 years of culinary experience in full-service resort, hotel, country club or full-service restaurant.
Must have experience cooking breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Familiar with food safety standards.
Ability to multi-task, take direction, and be a team player.
Ability to work with composure under pressure.
Possess problem solving skills, organizational skills, and self-motivation.
Ability to speak, read, and understand basic cooking recipes and adhere to directions.
An effective leader who can effectively control his/her time management.
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Ability to complete a criminal background check.
Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
Work Schedule:
7 Days per week while onboard the ship.
6 to 8 weeks working and living onboard the ship.
1 to 2 weeks shore leave vacation.

Club Management Intern

Carolina Country Clubs Summer Internship Program will provide a hands-on club management experience that is centered on supervising pool snack bar staff with direction from the Grille Room Manager, which is our casual dining restaurant. The program also incorporates every department to allow interns to experience all aspects of the Club.
Interns will have the opportunity to directly meet with all upper-level management, including the General Manager/COO, Assistant General Manager and Clubhouse Manager. Interns will also have bi-weekly meetings with the training directors to monitor their progress. Interns will be expected to attend weekly F&B meetings, monthly committee meetings and various other management meetings.
Each intern will also be responsible for submitting a summer project customized to the interns interests, expertise, and the Clubs current needs. Upon completion of this program, interns will be well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills needed to be successful in the club industry.
Interns must complete required online training for all staff through classes provided by CCC through the PayCom Learning Institute via their employee portal. These classes may include diversity in the workplace, business ethics, and how to prevent harassment, just to name a few; interns can anticipate completing these courses during the summer.
Qualifications:
The Club Management Internship must be enrolled in a four-year hospitality program or related field.
As an Intern you must have an outgoing personality, exceptional communication skills, have a positive attitude and be team-oriented.
He or she must possess a basic understanding of restaurant service techniques, beverage and wine knowledge and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Point of Services systems.
The Intern must be honest, respectful, dedicated, caring, have a strong work ethic and must be able to handle a fast paced, high-end, sophisticated work environment.
The Intern is expected to be self-motivated and committed to exceeding the expectations of the membership and their guests.
