Pros of working at Meadville Forging Group
You get good benefits and good vacation time off.
Cons of working at Meadville Forging Group
You aren't taught well, or correctly. The management only cares about profits and not about fixing issues (Unless there is an audit). Sick time off isn't enough and you get harped on for using it. If an issue is brought up, you won't see an actual fix. "Breaks" is just one, lunch. And you only get paid for half. The other half isn't paid for but they make you stay 15 over so it gets paid (to even out).
