What you'll be doing:
Oversee the training and development of a team of Route Service Representatives
Respond to service requests
Negotiate customer contract renewals
Build strong relationships with your customers and team
Work closely with all other leadership and management team members to provide the best customer service and product programs
Provide route coverage when a Route Service Representative is sick or on vacation which provides you the perfect opportunity to check-in on your Rep's performance and their customers' level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
A results-driven, relationship manager who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and help out the team and most importantly, the customer
Someone who will enjoy working with your own team of Route Service Representatives that need your help and support as they develop in their own roles
An individual ready to learn and work to become a customer service and loyalty expert
High school diploma or GED, some college is a plus
21 years of age
Valid non-commercial driver's license in the state of residence
Reliable transportation
Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Communication and language skills
Basic computer proficiency
Prior leadership, customer service, route sales, delivery and/or entrepreneurial experience preferred

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $53,850 - $74,792 yearly. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Position Overview:
This position has responsibility for the effective management of the day-to-day work of the domestic or export Customer Service Analyst team, to ensure the delivery a high-quality service level to all McCormick customers. Responsibilities include managing, executing and administering the strategy and operations for the Customer Service Organization and for the business unit, as well as driving efficient practices to optimize and streamline processes, and monitor/measure activity to ensure customer service levels are meeting business unit objectives. This role links to business partners, operational execution, and overall order management to a specific portfolio of customers. Managing, leading and developing the Customer Service Team. Ensure policies and procedures are being correctly followed and applied. Maintaining relations with customers, both internal and external.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage order management activities (domestic or export as applicable) to ensure the execution of business unit and/or specific service levels. Maintains metrics and executes reporting to ensure consistent performance attainment. Acting as effective backup for team members, as and when required. Supporting the team with workload management. Maintain rapport with internal and external customers, identify potential problems as they develop and solve through interaction with other departments.
Recommend, develop and implement programs and procedures governing the way customer service activities will be conducted. Provide ongoing process improvement and project support, identify and communicate potential solutions to the anticipated risks and suggest potential responses, actions and resources required that might mitigate these risks or otherwise prepare the organization for the impact. Ensure continuous improvement initiative by continually suggesting adjustments/changes in existing procedures and processes to optimize efficiencies effecting order processing to improve value added services to customers, sales and the CS personnel
Provide leadership, support and training to develop domestic/export customer service personnel to maintain high level customer service. Leading performance reviews and development discussions with direct reports, including setting goals and appraisals.
Contributes toward setting annual goals and strategic planning to achieve departmental and functional goals that are aligned with business partner objectives.
Act as key liasion between Customer Service team, Customer Service Manager, Sales/business unit and internal McCormick Operations (Supply Chain, Transportation, Quality, Global Enablement)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related 3 years experience in lieu of.
Minimum 3 years business experience required. Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or Export preferred
Knowledge of Manufacturing processes, inventory management, warehouse and distribution.
Ability to work with internal and external customers to resolve issues and achieve positive outcomes. Effective communication skills that allow for collaboration with business partners

GENERAL SUMMARY
Reporting to the Sr. Vice President of Services, the Executive Services Director assists with the ongoing regulatory compliance and quality of services in all JM Murray services departments. **Position Overview:**
**Hours:** First shift working hours; 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday

The facility Industrial Services supervisor is responsible for all maintenance functions necessary to properly maintain plant utility services, including steam boiler and condensate systems, ammonia refrigeration, C02 refrigeration, hot water heating loops, chilled water and glycol cooling systems, HVAC systems including room evaporators, exhaust fans, compressed air equipment, and building maintenance at the Cleveland facilities. Maintains Legionella program for the factory. Other responsibilities include supervising, coaching and training Industrial services technicians in daily plant operations. Implement and maintain preventative maintenance program using AMM and Nestlé Maintenance Strategy, (Consequence Driven Maintenance (CDM)). Position Summary:

The Opportunity ...
As our Customer Service Supervisor- you will report to the Senior Manager Parts Segment. Oversee and schedule aftermarket customer service team. Provide leadership and daily management of customer service Representatives and distribution of workload.
* Create and meet sales budgets and performance goals for the department. Participate in hiring, terminations, performance reviews, coaching, and salary planning of team
* Ensure customer satisfaction in spare parts and product support to include customer follow-up on all open issues or promises. Surveys and follows up with customers to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
* Maintain monthly Inbound/Backlog for Department
* Maintain a record of all red flag issues and coordinate activities with production, customers, vendors or suppliers until the issue is resolved
* Oversee issuance of credit memos' and RMA's (Return Material Authorization) while working with the customer service team to minimize customer returns
* Provide back up for daily correspondence with customers involving phone support for parts questions, pricing and availability information
* Work directly with Operations Manager/ departments to determine proper spare parts inventory levels while minimizing slow moving/obsolete/excess inventory
* Provide regular analysis of the parts business using information from the CS SF dashboard
* Provide input for Monthly Report to include: bowlers, departmental report, inbound/backlog, performance. Prepare other analysis and reports

About the position
We are looking for a leader. One with a hands-on approach who can embody the skills and work habits necessary to develop/lead/manage our Community Sales team. The primary role of the Community Sales Supervisor is to work directly with internal salespeople to manage their successful performance meeting daily objectives. The position will work directly with leadership to enhance the overall door-to-door strategy. This strategy will include market evaluation data including market opportunity based on penetration rate, growth opportunities, product selection and key performance indicators. The execution of this strategy will require coordination with the internal sales team in order to drive quality sales in Omni Fiber markets. The outcome of this strategy will be to meet or exceed completed sales targets by coaching, developing and managing both existing and new sales team members.
What you will do
Achieve or exceed a monthly sales quota by selling door-to-door to residential customers promoting Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services in assigned territories/communities.
Perform duties and responsibilities in a professional and courteous manner in order to promote teamwork, a positive work environment, and to achieve company-initiated goals and projects.
The Community Sales Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing and executing the door-to-door sales programs in new and existing markets.
These plans and programs will include identifying market segment opportunities, market penetration strategy, determining sales tactics, and managing the performance of the sales team.
The primary purpose and outcome of all these efforts will be to drive sales penetration in new and existing markets.
Work with the Director of Sales, as well as cross-functional internal departments to coordinate plans and programs to drive sales and revenue growth.
Must have the ability to build strong understanding of and teach Omni Fiber product offering, develop strong sales tactics across the Community Sales team, instill proper daily planning and habits, as well as establishing accountability to daily key performance indicators.
Lead daily/weekly Community Sales team meetings & individual 1-on-1's focusing on accountability to KPI's, rep sales skill development, team/individual goal setting, and developing/managing daily field habits.
Lead a team of 10 or more Community Sales Representatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
Door-to-Door sales experience in the telecommunications industry is required
1+ years of leadership experience is preferred
Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state required auto insurance policy.
Ability to overcome objections and accept rejection.
Proficient in computer usage with good typing skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
