    Job Summary: This position is for an open heart team member, so open heart experience is preferred. Busy Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular (CTV) programs. The CVOR CSFA works as a First Assist to Cardiovascular Surgeons. Some common procedures that the CSFA will first assist on are coronary artery bypass, aortic valve replacement and mitral valve surgery. 250 open heart cases a year.
