Reports to: Sales Manager
We are an innovative and fast-growing player in the pharmacy compounding industry offering a host of products and services to help practitioners improve patient health outcomes, compliance, and therapy management.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an outside sales professional that is seeking a rewarding position on our territory sales team for the North Carolina market. This role is a remote position with extensive daily travel. You must live in the territory in order to be considered for this role.

Summary
The sales role is a combination of new business development and current customer engagement. You will be responsible for generating new business leads within a defined geographic territory, advancing the sales process, customer success efforts, and achieving opportunity-based sales quotas. As an outside sales representative, you will serve as the face of Realo Compounding Pharmacy to our current and potential customers throughout North Carolina. Successful team members identify top leads in their territory, engage with prospects through in-person and virtual meetings, while actively participating in planning and execution of company marketing activities.
Job Duties
Source new sales opportunities within defined territory (North Carolina), particularly Dermatology, Family Medicine, Pain Management, Dentistry, Podiatry, and Gastrointestinal practices
Learn and relay technical information about our pharmacy services and therapy offerings
Research prospective practices, identify key decision makers, and uncover their needs and requirements
Create and deliver on qualified sales opportunities to move them through the sales process through consistent follow up
Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives through face-to-face communication
Utilize account selling strategies to develop meaningful relationships with customers to meet patients' care team needs and company goals
Prepare weekly reports for management on pipeline progress
Maintain and expand company database of prospects, along with daily activity reports
Expand ongoing relationships with targeted customers and non-active prospects in order to build on current and future growth opportunities
Qualifications
Sales Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in science related field
0-3 years in sales, consultative selling, or business development in a professional service industry
Experience with healthcare industry and/or pharmacy preferred
Proficiency at efficient territory planning, needs-based discovery processes, and overcoming objections
Experienced in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Problem solving with strong attention to detail
Must live in specified territory. Travel up to 40%
Experience with Customer Relationship Management software's

Complies with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the state board of pharmacy, the drug enforcement administration, and the food and drug administration by monitoring nursing unit inspection.
Maintains records for controlled substances and removes outdated and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory.
Supervises the work results of support personnel.
Maintains current registration, studies existing and new legislation, and advises management on needed actions.
Protects patients and technicians by adhering to infection-control protocols.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to organize and plan the activities of subordinates and to delegate appropriately.
Pharmacist Degree and State Licensure
Current knowledge of all applicable state and federal pharmacy laws
Detailed understanding and knowledge of dosage requirements and administration.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and software applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
