The Role You'll build out Tempo's infrastructure stack and ensure the engineering team can ship effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities Implement and manage the infrastructure that allows the engineering team to ship quickly and effectively Proactively identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the devops process to ensure optimal developer velocity Maintaining Tempo chain reliability, validator infrastructure, explorer reliability and more Improve Tempo core developer experience Helping onboard the largest enterprises directly into crypto. Educate and help them run a validators.
