Pros of working at Carondelet Health Network

I like that it is very flexible with everyone's schedules and upper management always has answers for you and if they don't they will always find out for you. Very good paying company. Has a unbeatable salary

Cons of working at Carondelet Health Network

The only thing I would say I do not like is the point system. They count points for everything. Tardies, abscesses, call ins, I understand people should not be late or call in but if it is an emergency than it should not be counted for.

Carondelet Health Network benefits

The monthly bonuses are very nice and the company did give you a gift of PTO or $50 gift card of choice for Christmas but did not do that in 2017 and I know a lot of people were disappointed because they were counting on that.
