Performs rough and finished interior and exterior carpentry work involved in building maintenance repair and alterations. Performs such activities as fabricating repairs and installing door frames, casings, keys and windows, replacing screens and window glass, maintaining panic hardware, repairing ceiling tiles as needed, installing drop ceilings, repairing and installing floor tiles and performing preventive maintenance on all buildings.
