This Construction Carpenter position may be an entry-level, minimally-skilled position, to an experienced role with the ability to work independently. The entry-level position will receive material on-the-job training from the Senior Construction Supervisor and skilled team members. Each level will receive instruction from the Senior Construction Supervisor and gain exposure in one or more areas of HFHO's construction program. Each Construction Carpenter will be assigned to one primary construction team but may assist other teams as needed.
