We are seeking a Commercial (tenant finish, high rise, office space) Journey-Level Carpenter/Installer who shares our commitment to delivering nothing less than perfection. What Youll Do: Install high-quality custom products: From specialty wood walls to custom millwork and glass staircases, youll work with the finest materials and craftsmanship to create stunning architectural features in commercial spaces. Take ownership of your work: Manage smaller projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail meets our high standards of excellence. Collaborate with experts: Work closely with Master Installers on larger projects, using your skills and expertise to help plan and execute flawless results. Focus on precision and detail: Complete projects with near-zero punch list items, delivering work that speaks to our dedication to quality. Maintain a spotless work environment: Clean up after installations, including trash removal and tidying, to leave a polished final product for the client. Follow safety protocols: Adhere to OSHA standards, local codes, and company safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Deliver on-time results: Provide accurate time estimates for jobs and deliver within those timelines while maintaining the highest quality of work. Physical requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally work extended hours when required. What Were Looking For: Experience: At least 5 years in a commercial or industrial construction setting (tenant finish, high rise, office space), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional work. Skills: Strong knowledge of building materials and the ability to read blueprints accurately. Proficiency in Bluebeam is a must. Tools: Own the tools you need to perform your job efficiently and with high standards of craftsmanship. OSHA 10- a bonus but not required. Why Work With Us?
