Provides installation and technical consultation to customer and customer's team

Monitors order and shipping status with project manager and client services rep

Coordinate with Project Manager, installation logistics such as where installers can unload vehicles, staging areas, installation priorities, methods, and hours of access,

Ensures that field paperwork is complete, accurate and processed in a timely manner
Notify project manager of any changes in scope, and provide all required documentation

Visits site, performs field measurements, as required
Inventories existing product, tools and materials, as needed
Secures installation plans and documentation; reviews them for completeness, accuracy and definitive scope of work information
Develops installation work plan, schedule and logistics based on overall project parameters, project schedule and scope, and customer's goals
Keep current on construction and DIRTT technical information
Ensure proper layout for DIRTT walls is completed prior to installation of walls. Installs, provides direction and delegate to the installers
Ensure the job site is left clean and organized
Successfully install, move, reconfigure, repair, clean, and troubleshoot
Punch List/Installation Close-Out
Develops punch list, ensures that product is ordered and follows-up on timely punch list resolution
Monitors actual to estimated hours; reports final numbers to project manager
Technical Skills
Thorough understanding and successful implementation of installation: labor management, product assembly, material handling, staging and sequencing of product, field paperwork, etc.
Knowledge and skills to perform carpentry and work with MEP trades
Knowledge of third-party practice as relates to installation implementation: interior construction, interior design, building management, shipping and trucking, electrical/cabling subcontracting, building codes (as relate to furniture), etc.
Ability to read construction documents and specifications
Ability to complete CCS job site safety program
Preferences:
3-5 years industry experience as a Finish Carpenter
