Job Summary
The Millwork Carpenter will build, erect, install, and repair forms, structures, and other fixtures made from wood and other materials as needed to assist with a variety of construction projects.

Responsibilities
Erects and dismantles scaffolding and staging.
Measures, marks, and arranges materials to established layout based on blueprints or instructions from supervisors.
Cuts and shapes structures, forms, or other fixtures from wood, plastic, cementitious products, drywall, and other trade materials.
Uses various hand and power tools to properly and securely complete tasks.
Joins materials with the most appropriate fasteners and adhesives.
Ensures the accuracy of work by checking with appropriate tools of the trade.
Install windows, doors, and hardware.
Installs millwork and casework.
Install exterior siding and trim.
Adheres to local building and safety codes and guidelines.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Applies shock-absorbing, sound-deadening, and decorative paneling to ceilings and walls.

The Role
Were looking for a Lead Carpenter who brings both skill and leadership to the job site. Youll perform hands-on carpentry work and help ensure projects are completed with precision, professionalism, and care. Youll also support project oversight, maintain quality standards, and follow up with the Construction Team regarding client communications. What Youll Do
Carpentry & Craftsmanship
Perform some demolition, framing, specializing in cabinetry, millwork installations, and finish carpentry. Some small tile installations would be helpful.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite and work truck.
Ensure all work meets design specifications and company quality standards.
Project Oversight
Monitor project progress and address issues proactively.
Conduct quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.
Follow up with the Project Manager regarding client updates and concerns.
Team Leadership
Mentor junior carpenters and laborers.
Foster a respectful and productive team environment.
Collaborate with other departments to support smooth project execution.
