Laborer
with prior construction and/or landscape experience.

What your day-to-day might look like?



Primary job is seeding, mulching, and installing erosion control matting Work with construction crews on manual labor activities to support overall project Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment Clean equipment and reports any service related concerns promptly to supervisor Maintain a positive working relationship with customers and co-workers
Qualifications



Previous experience in outdoor construction Experience and understanding of engineered blue print drawings & specifications Must be willing and able to travel overnight and work at assigned project locations weekly Willingness & ability to occasionally lift 70 pounds Experience as a Laborer on Stream Restoration and/or Wetland construction projects preferred

YOUR LIFE AS A CARPENTER / SKILLED LABORER

As a Carpenter / Skilled Laborer, you provide superb workmanship for our construction, remodeling, and restoration projects. Safety-oriented, you obey all traffic laws as you drive our truck and trailer to deliver materials to the site. You love how each day brings a new challenge as you capably perform a variety of general carpentry jobs, including high-quality finish work. You enjoy working independently, and you efficiently complete punch out tasks such as hardware installation, appliance installs, and patching. While this skilled labor position is sometimes physically demanding, you appreciate that your job is a low-pressure one.

An excellent communicator, you coordinate with trade partners and interact with clients in a professional manner. Under the direction of the project manager, you ensure that each project is completed according to the client's specifications and that it meets our high standards of quality. Before you leave the site, you make sure the area is clean and free of debris. You take pride in preserving and restoring the buildings in our beautiful community and you enjoy being an integral part of a small, efficient team !

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 3+ years of verifiable experience
• Willingness to provide your own hand tools such as small saws and drills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, lifting, and standing
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
