* Perform the carpentry and labor to complete projects on time and within budget without sacrificing quality or customer satisfaction.
* Understand project paperwork, including plans, specifications, and change orders.
* Coordinate work with subcontractors.
* Verify the accuracy in quantity and measurement of deliveries received. Determine if any deliveries have been damaged.
* Notify the production manager when major problems arise.
* Keep the job-site clean.
* Protect the customer's property.
* Follow all OSHA and company safety standards.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of five years of carpentry experience.
* Good working knowledge of all building trades.
* The ability to interact well with customers and coworkers.
* A valid driver's license, including a good driving record, is also necessary.
* Should be available for extended work hours as required.
**Physical and Work Environment Requirements:**
* Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
* Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
* Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
* Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
* Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
