Notify Building Maintenance Foreman of equipment and facilities requiring repair or replacement to ensure a safe and effective workplace. Interface building repairs and remodeling requirements in harmony with other internal functional departments as required to minimize disruption and maximize effectiveness. Assist external service vendors and contractors as required in accordance with guidelines established by the MCCNO to minimize cost and ensure timely completion. Adhere to policies regarding building and departmental procedures, equipment operation and safety requirements. Other Skills and Abilities Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
