Requirements 5 years of experience in commercial construction, or related industry. Possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Skills related to commercial construction: understanding architectural & structural drawings specifically related to wood / metal stud framing, and concrete. Standard work day of 8-hours, starting at 7am and working to 3:30pm doing physical work in varying temperatures and outside conditions.
