Duties * Champions "The Layton Way" by delivering predictable outcomes for internal teams, external teams, and customers. * Ensures that "Constructing with Integrity" is delivered by working with honesty, unity, safety, and quality of work. * Frame metal studs and install drywall * Installs architectural finishes according to specifications and plans if necessary, on job. * Maintains a clean and safe job site to ICRA and Company standards. * Reads blueprints to determine measurements, sizes, locations, types of walls, footings, floors, finishes, etc. * Utilizes carpentry math to calculate measurements required to construct facilities. * Applies knowledge of wood and metal finishes. (Finish Carpenters) * Determines elevations and layout through the use of builder levels, transits, lasers, etc. * Interact with facilities and subcontractors in a professional way. * Forms and pours footings and walls, shored decks, and edge form for slabs. * Installs architectural finishes according to specifications and plans if necessary on job. * Reads blueprints to determine measurements, sizes, locations, types of walls, footings, floors, etc. * Applies knowledge of concrete and its properties. * Performs other related duties as assigned.
