Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
GS-9: $61,111 - $124,443 per year

Qualifications:
You qualify for the GS-9 grade level in one of the following ways: experience, education, or a combination of both.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes:

Enforcing laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping.

How you will contribute:
· You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.
· You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
· You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.

role will require a person with experience in equipment repair, management of people and fleet, as well as, directing operations. The primary function of the Shop Supervisor is to direct, manage and coordinate employees including Mechanics, Truck Drivers and others. The team he or she leads is responsible for the operation, coordination and quality control of a maintenance, repair and transportation facility. Our new hire must have experience moving supplies and equipment between multiple locations efficiently and cost effectively. Candidates must be skilled in:
Overseeing the maintenance, overhauling and rebuilding of trucks, tractors, pumps, and other standard equipment. (Excavators, Dozers, wheel Loaders)
Diagnosing difficult problems and recommend repairs, by phone or in person, of company owned equipment. Recommending for purchase or disposal of new and used vehicles and equipment, parts, materials, and supplies used in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
Selecting staff and coordinating activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of employees.
Maintaining a master schedule or calendar of deliveries/loads going from the yard to the field and coordinate available truck drivers with the needs of the construction project(s).
Determining optimal truck routing, load sizes, and/or frequency of hauled loads.
Ensuring company is in compliance with laws and regulations regarding transportation; including all relevant and appropriate Department of Transportation requirements.
Researching new tools, equipment, technology and methods to improve productivity and effectiveness.
Providing training in skills such as hydraulics, gas/diesel engines, welding, and fabrication of parts and tools.
Ensuring proper right-to-know and other OSHA regulations are followed for the safety of the mechanics and truck drivers.
Keeping accurate record of materials and products transported.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Three or more years' experience of performing repairs and maintenance of heavy equipment, preferably in the heavy civil construction field.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to work under deadline pressure.
General computer proficiency including Excel, Word and Outlook.
First Aid and CPR Certified or be willing to complete training in those areas within 90-days.
OSHA 30-hour training or completes within first 6 months of employment.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, as well as occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with the support of a co-worker.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Assistant Store Manager helps maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. Leadership Coach Expectations
Mentor school leaders in a side-by-side coaching model to provide guidance and support based on national and state standards.
Ensure the school leaders have a firm grasp of the state accountability model.
Support school leaders in establishing a systematic approach to ensure efficiency in operations and management.
Work with districts and schools to analyze data and set goals for the leaders.
Analyze school and/or district accountability data to support school leaders in setting priorities for growth.
Analyze available stakeholder perception surveys to support school leaders in developing a culture and climate conducive to teaching and learning.
Implement data-driven decision making and differentiated/customized instruction.
Support school leaders in ensuring high quality instruction in all schools.
