A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FULL-TIME FLOOR & CARPET CLEANING TEAM MEMBER
As a Floor and Carpet Cleaning Technician Team Member , you are at the core of who we are as a company. You arrive for your shift, ready to get to work. You enjoy floor and carpet cleaning care. It is what you are great at and like performing a wide variety of work in resort and commercial facilities while maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly condition with a focus on detailed perfection. Whether its carpet cleaning and/or extracting carpet, marble polishing, detail scrubbing tile and grout floors in restrooms, to striping, waxing, and burnishing, you get satisfaction out of being able to physically see what you've accomplished. Responsible for performing heavy duty floor maintenance work, refinishing tile floors, pressure washing, high-dusting and other projects assigned in supporting the overall goal of customer satisfaction. You report maintenance repair problems to your supervisor, and you take ownership to make sure that all floor equipment is clean and maintained after each use and that all safety precautions are followed at all times. We have a reputation for quality work, and this is thanks to the great job that you do!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FULL-TIME FLOOR TECHNICIAN / CUSTODIAN / PROJECTS TEAM
- 21 years old or older
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and perform general Floor Technician / Custodian / Projects Team Service tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and being on your feet for an entire shift
- Extensive knowledge of floor care and carpet cleaning
- Possess a valid driver's license
