    This position's purpose is to continually exceed customer expectations for quality and service in the delivery of our disaster restoration and cleaning services.     This position reports to the door county office, 7542 Sth 42/57 in Sturgeon Bay WI. Full-time. Monday through Friday starting around 8:00 am with occasional weekends. On-call schedule including rotating nights and weekends. 30 to 40 hours per week.
    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Providing quality carpet, air duct and other related cleaning services for customers, Restoration work on smoke, fire, water damage and/or other misc. damage, inspects trucks, checks inventory equipment assigned, removes equipment from truck for each job & other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to organize, direct and control multiple activities (and perform them when necessary), exercise good business judgment in making daily operating decisions with short-term and long-term interests of the Company in mind, work effectively and cordially with a wide variety of people and situations, both pleasant and unpleasant, maintain the integrity of highly confidential business information, communicate effectively verbally and in writing, respond effectively with time pressures, stress and rapid change .
