Pros of working at Carrabba's

Good work life balance. Meeting new people. Good food.

Cons of working at Carrabba's

You only make good money if your a headwait or key. Otherwise you are treated like a fill in put in and they treat you like garbage. They give you undesirable sections, given low volume days to work and late in times. You are made to feel as if you dont matter and they do nothing to help you succeed.

Pros of working at Carrabba's

I like meeting new people every day. It's not the same old clock in, sit at a desk all day staring out the window people watching wishing I was out there as well.

Cons of working at Carrabba's

There is not any communication between Managers and staff.

I love that if I want to make some extra money there are always other Servers or Bartenders wanting to give up their shift.
