Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 5+ years HVAC industry experience. 2+ years of experience with flow, pressure, temperature measurement sensors and systems in relation to HVAC operation and support systems. Preferred requirements Degree in electrical engineering Performance or Factory Acceptance Testing experience for commercial HVAC equipment Experience in UL508A and NEC compliance with electrical control cabinets and VFDs. Hands on experience with LabVIEW, SCADA, closed loop automation systems. Job Summary: This position oversees the operation of the CNC mill and lathe machines to fabricate precision parts. Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday Duties and Essential Job Responsibilities: Load materials or work pieces into machines after the first part inspection has been completed Remove products or work pieces from machines after the cycle is complete Measure dimensions of completed products or work pieces to verify conformance to specifications. Compare to blueprint and check sheet dimensions and functional checks. Record results on the item check sheet. Monitor machine operation and control panel displays. Detect sounds such as those made by dull cutting tools or excessive vibration Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations Maintain coolant and oil levels in all machines Keep machines and work area clean and well organized Empty machine hoppers Confer with management to resolve machine malfunctions or production errors, or to obtain approval to continue production Perform operations such as deburring, part washing, grinding, or cutting material Ability to perform / document tooling offset changes Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other tasks as needed Other Skills and Abilities: Must have the ability to work in a team atmosphere to obtain common goals and objectives Demonstrates effective listening skills Ability to concentrate, and pay close attention to detail Strong safety orientation.
