Head Lacrosse Coach School: The Bay School of San Francisco Season: February 9 - May 1 Compensation: $8,500 (seasonal stipend) The Bay School of San Francisco is seeking a Head Lacrosse Coach to lead and grow our boys' lacrosse program. This is a development-focused team made up of 15-20 student‑athletes in grades 9-12, with a wide range of experience-from multi-year players to those new to the sport. Our goal is to build a strong foundation and culture that supports student growth, positive athletic experiences, and long‑term competitiveness as we work toward becoming a more competitive varsity program in the coming years. Contract Description We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and preschool-focused Basketball Coach to lead a series of instructional clinics across three county regions. This contracted coach will deliver one basketball clinic in each region, with four sessions per clinic, for a total of 12 sessions starting in January 2026. Clinic Structure & Locations North Adams Clinic: 4 sessions - $1,200 Pittsfield Clinic: 4 sessions - $1,200 Great Barrington Clinic: 4 sessions - $1,200 Total sessions: 12 Session Rate: $300 per session Total Contract: $3,600 Responsibilities Plan and lead engaging basketball skill-building sessions for youth participants. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist in all aspects of training for Olympic sports; teach/coach and instruct proper training techniques. • Develop, implement, supervise, measure, and monitor all facets of human performance programs for the assigned sport teams to include o Sport specific minded, team based, and individualized periodized annual performance plans o Scientifically validated assessments for monitoring development and injury risk stratification • Maintain an open line of communication with the other members of the strength staff, athletic training, nutrition, sport psychology, and sport coaches. • Anticipate potential risks of injury and implement emergency medical actions or procedures when necessary • Assist with the upkeep and maintenance of the weight room; • Be available to meet with recruits as requested by sport coaches. • Occasional Team Travel • Perform special assignments, projects and other duties as assigned by the Assistant AD/Strength and Conditioning • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for volunteer and professional internship Olympic Sport coaches o Oversee recruiting, hiring, and evaluation of volunteer and paid intern strength coaches • Assist in purchasing and vendor relationships of the weight rooms on campus • Manage inventory responsibilities of the weight room (s) on campus • Coordinate continuing education efforts and opportunities for strength and conditioning staff • Willing and able to work unconventional hours/days • Ensure the strength and conditioning staff and department complies with NCAA, SEC, and University rules and regulations. Every year, Emerald Youth serves more than 3,000 children, teens and young adults in the heart of Knoxville through faith, learning and health programs. Why do we need Volleyball Referees? Our referees orchestrate the game for our participants, providing them with an opportunity to play the game they love! If hired, where would I work? Typically, all games take place at the Haslam-Sansom Ministry Complex in Lonsdale. The address is 1740 Texas Ave., 37921. What will I do? You will be responsible for starting games with a coin toss and you will time each team's warm up. You will meet with line judges to review signals prior to the start of the match. You will check team line ups, orchestrate the game in a fair manner, and sign the scoresheet at the end of each match to approve and ensure correctness before turning it in to the Director. You will monitor to ensure safe play throughout the match. You will assist in the tear down of net systems if you ref the last game of the evening. What is the schedule? Weekday matches are 6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. Refs are expected to arrive 20 minutes prior to game start time. Note: Close parking fills up quickly.
