Founded in 2003, Carrington is a holding company whose primary businesses work in sync with one another to provide a broad range of real estate services encompassing nearly all aspects of single-family residential real estate transactions in the United States.
Founded Carrington Capital Management which grew into a $1BN+ asset manager by the end of 2006.
2007 Established Carrington Mortgage Services following the acquisition of the New Century Servicing Platform and set out to build a best-in-class special servicer.
2009 Founded Carrington Title Services (formerly Telsi Real Estate Solutions), Carrington Escrow (formerly Telsi Escrow), and Carrington Insurance Agency (formerly Telsi Insurance Agency). Created a loan origination business in connection with the Carrington Mortgage Services servicing platform.
2010 Founded Carrington Home Solutions (formerly White Van Real Estate Services), a property preservation/restoration business primarily for REO properties.
2013 Celebrated 10th anniversary in business.
2014 Formed Carrington Development Company, LLC to oversee development and construction of new single-family homes.
2015 Launched Carrington Italia S.r.L., a luxury vacation home rental service on the Amalfi Coast.
2018 The rebrand of CarringtonConnects.com to Vylla.com.
