The Vendor Management QA Analyst I will be responsible for monitoring the activities of the Vendor Management Operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of vendor profiles and its compliance with company, investors, and regulatory requirements. Assist with the establishment and enforcement of quality assurance standards and compliance measures for vendor management. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, investor guidelines, all US state and federal laws and regulations wherein the company operates. The approved Target Pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00.
What you'll do:
Review and audit all department activities, including vendor profile quality, documents provided and process for submittal to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
Responsible for running and distributing monthly department exception reports to Vendor Management leadership and internal stakeholders in a timely manner and report any anomalies.
Conduct first level review and evaluation of various vendor compliance documents throughout vendor oversight lifecycle (i.e., new vendor documents, annual re-certification, and vendor status change documents) to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Review all vendor compliance documents processed by team in system of record and report any inconsistencies to senior management for coaching opportunities and/or make recommendations of system or process modifications.
Review and process vendors' contracts/SLAs/SOWs to ensure compliance with related key performance indicators as established for the vendor.
Responsible for preparing and submitting necessary documentation to automate department reports and vendors' scorecards.
Lead the end-to-end process of developing reports and scorecards with internal support teams (i.e., IT, Business Intelligence, etc.) and business unit leaders.
Review and respond to internal and external audit requests received by the department as needed.
Evaluate monthly published scorecards and prepare Monthly Vendors' Oversight Executive Summary.
Process vendor communication requests, including tracking acknowledgements as required.
Oversee the process of reviewing vendors' on-site audit reports provided by Risk Management to ensure proper notification to internal stakeholders and tracking of any vendor remediation plans.
Assist management with the review of department's processes, policies, procedures and reports for accuracy and completeness to identify opportunities for associate training or process improvements.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
What you'll need:
High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
One (1) or more years of experience in the financial services industry; mortgage servicing, auditing, finance, compliance or vendor management work experience.
A minimum one (1) year experience in CMS vendor management operations.
Management reporting experience is preferred.
Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter willing to take-on tasks with minimal supervision and deliver results.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team in a complex environment and regulatory conditions.
Proficient in MS office, in particular word, outlook, Excel and Visio.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Position Overview
The Trust Associate is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for the Trust Team. Specifically responsible for providing administrative/data entry support for all Trust Officers/Administrators with regards to onboarding new clients and marshaling in new assets.
Role and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
* Onboarding of New Accounts: Works with the Trust Officers/Administrators and the trust accounting back-office vendor to ensure that the new account is set-up properly.

Minimum Qualifications
* BA/BS in Business Administration or other related finance discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in the trust industry and/or adhering to financial operating policies and procedures
* CTFA preferred; not required

The Vendor Management Administrator (VMA) is responsible for managing the onboarding process of new vendor products/services assigned to them by the Vendor Program Manager that includes, but is not limited to: a) determining the inherent risk of a vendor product/service, b) identifying the associated controls, (c) facilitating the risk assessment of the controls, and d) applying the risk results of the controls to determine the product/service residual risk. In addition, the VMA will review existing vendor product/service risk assigned to them by the Vendor Program Manager periodically based on the degree of inherent risk.
The position will provide vendor oversight, including periodic risk reviews for evaluating vendor compliancy of products and services relative to their contractual obligation, providing advanced notice of contract expiration to the business unit, reviewing findings with business unit, obtaining risk acceptance and sign off by the appropriate levels of authority according to the degree of risk for both compliant and non-compliant vendors and business units. The VMA will understand regulatory guidelines for third party risk management and the bank's policy on third party risk management and apply them in the course of their work.
Role and Responsibilities
The VMA, in collaboration with the Vendor Program Manager, manages the day-to-day duties associated with the vendor management process. This includes but is not limited to:
* Collaborate with multiple vendors and business units to obtain due diligence documents and facilitate / coordinate the risk review process with the bank's subject matter experts.
* Identify critical issues and escalate to the Vendor Program Manager.
* Provide technical and end-user support and training for the bank's vendor management program.
* Manage the alerts and notifications sent to the Vendor Management mailbox and following up on reminders for outstanding items, tracking them to completion in the vendor management software.
Qualifications and Skills
* 1+ years' experience in third party risk management
* 1+ years' experience reviewing contracts, understanding contract components, and identifying key terms.
* 1+ years working experience in Vendor Management preferred
* Knowledge of related IT controls and auditing practices
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to think globally

Position Overview
The Premier Banker delivers world-class service in accordance with Fremont Bank standards at every client interaction. The Premier Banker will recommend or refer retail consumer and business products and services to prospective and existing clients and develop and maintain internal partner relationships to maximize relationship expansion. This position achieves sales standards through outbound calling, outside prospecting and expanding relationships with existing clients in the branch. Customer Experience:

Counsels borrowers on their options through education of alternative solutions.
Contacts borrowers, utilizing an automated dialing system (Aspect Dialer) for both inbound and outbound calls.
Provide alternatives to borrowers who demonstrate the ability and or inability to pay, by educating them on repayment plans, loan modifications, short sales, Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure, and/or possible refinancing.
Negotiate reasonable payment arrangements with borrowers, initiate and explain required documents to complete a borrower “Request for Mortgage Assistance” package in compliance with department policies and procedures.
May function as the single point of contact for a borrower.
May need to escalate borrowers to a licensed Loss Mitigation associate for specific workout details.
Provide status on payments and payoff inquiries; verify payment history and new servicer contact information; process payments.
Assist with loan servicing website payments, denied access, password resets.
Respond to escrow, loss draft and closing document inquiries.
Provide status on a wide variety of servicing functions including payment/credit disputes, escrow refunds/shortage, loss draft, short sale, Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure, modification/refinance requests, repayment plans, and additional mortgages activities.
