Come join our amazing team and work remote from home! What you'll do: mortgage workflows and ensure regulatory compliance. Configures business rules, develops custom plugins, and integrate third-party systems to enhance operational efficiency for the mortgage lending division (MLD). Analyze system configuration and provide recommendations for optimization and adherence to best practice and/or established development standards. Serve as the requirements subject matter expert throughout the solution development lifecycle and take responsibility and ownership for the requirements artifacts produced. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, investor guidelines, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $100,000.00 to $130,000.00.
What you'll need:
Develop and maintain Encompass platform features, including business rules, input forms, custom fields, and workflow automation.
* Build custom plugins and console application solutions using Encompass API's and object-oriented programming languages such as VB.NET and C#.
* Implement API integrations with third-party services (e.g., credit, title, VOE/VOI) and other mortgagerelated tools.
* Ensure system configuration and updates align with evolving regulatory requirements in the mortgage industry.
* Gather and document business requirements, formulate use cases, track requirements, provide status and ensure quality solution throughout the project.
* Work closely with business analysts, loan officers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.
* Analyze system configuration and provide recommendations for optimization and adherence to best practice and/or established development standards
* Responsible for monthly review of system performance metrics as they relate to Encompass Connects.
* Coordinate with Carrington business partners for updates and customizations.
* Responsible for Encompass system configuration to ensure system performs as required. Verify, manage, administer, communicate, and resolve Tier-3 system issues.
* Serve as the requirements subject matter expert throughout the solution development lifecycle and take responsibility and ownership for the requirements artifacts produced.
* Responsible for all administrative functions such as maintenance, data templates, document sets, fee tables, user hierarchy/access rights, and software upgrades.
* Analyze software upgrades and what effects they have on the department prior to implementation.
* Address system changes and procedure changes with the Operations and Product teams.
* Build and maintain technical relationships with internal and external teams.
* Effectively communicate technical proposals to team members and management.
* Develop and maintain documentation for development standards, processes and procedures.
* Perform system maintenance to ensure system is always available.
* Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and manage system updates and version control.
* Perform administrative functions for Encompass360 while following best practices for security and system management. Proficiency in programming languages VB.Net, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and C#.
* Strong understanding of the loan origination workflow and processes.
* Familiarity with deploying code using Azure servers and tools. • Experience in building custom plugins and console applications according to business needs using the Encompass API and SDK.
* Strong knowledge of Encompass Loan Origination System Encompass Parter Connect, Third Party Originator (TPO) Connect, Encompas Consumer Connect, and Encompass Web and Developer Connect.
* Experience with tools such as Postman and Microsoft Visual Studio.
* Knowledge of business analysis process and definition of software requirements; familiarity with relational database and client-server concepts
* Familiarity with Encompass integrations to external systems
* Intermediate Microsoft Office technical skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform complex business and product requirement analysis and then translate them into configuration specifications

Position Overview
Under the direction of branch management, the Senior Teller will perform a variety of duties related to all phases of cash handling, customer service, product knowledge, sales and telemarketing. The Senior Teller will ensure client satisfaction by practicing, following, and implementing Fremont Bank's customer service standards.

* Negotiate reasonable payment arrangements with borrowers, assembles and provides the required documents to complete a borrower "Request for Mortgage Assistance" package in compliance with department policies and procedures.
* May function as the single point of contact for a borrower.
* May need to escalate borrowers to a licensed Loss Mitigation associate for specific workout details.
* Provide status on payments and payoff inquiries; review short sale requests; provide vendor information on Real Estate Owned (REO) properties; verify payment history and new servicer contact information; process payments.
* Assist with loan servicing website payments, denied access, password resets.
* Respond to escrow, loss draft and closing document inquiries.
* Provide status on a wide variety of loan servicing functions including loss draft, short sale, Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure, modification/refinance requests, payment/credit disputes, escrow refunds, vendors for REO properties, repayment plans, and down payments on foreclosure pending mortgages.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
* Less than one (1) year collections experience in a customer service/call center environment and /or loan servicing experience.
* Experience in the Banking, Mortgage/Loan Servicing industries preferred.
* Knowledge of or ability to learn requirements of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
* Knowledge of relevant and industry-specific computer software packages.
* Strong verbal communication skills - ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word, communicating orally with others accurately, audibly, and quickly.
* Basic to Intermediate math skills (i.e., add, subtract, multiply, and divide and to record, balance, and check results for accuracy).
* Ability to understand basic collection issues and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions.
* Ability to apply state, federal and company requirements and make proper decisions.
* Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology.
