Program Development, Implementation and Supervision
2.Effectively implements and administers programs, services, and activities for members.
3.Monitors and evaluates programs, services, and activities to ensure Club and child safety, quality programs, and good appearance of the branch/site at all times. Ensures that program areas are safe, well-ventilated, and well lit; and that Club equipment is maintained in a good working condition.
4.Ensures the evaluation of Club programs continually, including tracking outcome metrics; verifies that programs/activities respond to member needs and addresses their gender and cultural diversity.
5.Responsible for documenting any problems or issues that may arise on a day-to-day basis through the use of injury/incident reports.
6.Responsible for communicating with child care licensing and DCYF when applicable.
7.Participates in special programs and/or events such as all-staff training days.
8.Participates in staff meetings.
9.Facilitates open and effective, professional verbal and written communication with families, staff, and members.
10.Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
A group leader in a school-age program shall be at least 17 years of age, and have one of the following:
-Experience working with school-age children, totaling 600 hours;
-Documentation of at least 3 credits in child development, education, recreation, or other field of study focused on children, awarded by an accredited college or university;
-Documentation that she or he is a certified coach;
-Documentation of 5 years of parenting experience; or
-Documentation form or on file with the department that she or he was qualified and employed as a group leader in a school-age program on or before the adoption of these rules in 2022.

·Knowledge of youth development.

Summary Description:
AMC/NH-JAG Trail Crew Leaders are a three-month, seasonal staff position, May 29- August 18, 2017, with the AMC's White Mountain Trails Department. AMC/NH-JAG Trail Crew Leaders lead high school students participating in the New Hampshire - Jobs For America's Graduates (NH-JAG) program on a variety of trail work projects in Berlin, NH and Woodsville, NH. All AMC/NH-JAG Trail Crews are co-lead by two AMC Trail Crew Leaders.
NH-JAG is a unique program designed to offer job experience for youth-at-risk. The focus of this program is to offer work experience in the realm of conservation and trail stewardship. During the summer 2016 season these two AMC/NH-JAG Trail Crew Leaders will be leading four weeks of day trip trail projects in Berlin, NH, and then four weeks of trail projects in Woodsville, NH. The NH-JAG students that participate in this program are paid staff as well, making this a similar model to other youth conservation corps across the nation. In addition to this eight weeks of crew work there is a training period in the early summer and trail work projects with other local schools and camps in northern New Hampshire.
Throughout the summer season, the AMC/NH-JAG Trail Crew Leaders are expected to communicate leadership techniques and decision-making processes with their co-Leader while leading groups of at-risk high school youth. When working on the trails, all leaders are expected to facilitate proper outdoor skills associated with low impact methods. AMC/NH-JAG Trail Crews are involved in a variety of projects maintaining hiking and skiing trails and backcountry facilities all within the White Mountain region. AMC/NH-JAG Trail Crew Leaders work together to teach the NH-JAG students trail maintenance skills, such as installing and cleaning waterbars, setting rock steps, building bog bridges and blazing and standardizing trails. AMC/NH-JAG Trail Crew Leaders emphasize safety and maintain a high level of morale and work standards.
We look for independent and motivated individuals with previous outdoor leadership experience, a background in trail work skills and a desire to work with youth-at-risk. AMC/NH-JAG Trail Crew Leaders are based at Camp Dodge and work a schedule of five days on (Monday-Friday) and two days off (Saturday-Sunday), all projects are day-trips and the staff leaders will return to Camp Dodge each day. Hours are variable within the 40 hour workweek. All AMC/NH-JAG Trail Crew Leaders are responsible for supervision of the NH-JAG students for the entirety of each work day. Work can be physically and mentally challenging but the rewards are often unforgettable. Food, tools, equipment, and leadership/trail work training are provided. The AMC/NH-JAG Trail Crew Leaders report to the AMC Trails Volunteer Programs Manager.
Responsibilities
Supervise and train up to twelve youth-at-risk high school students each week in a trail crew setting and ensure quality trail work in the field.
Manage trail work projects in the frontcountry as well as backcountry setting maintaining AMC trail work standards.

A Day in the Life as a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor:
As a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor, you'll be responsible for providing in-person basic breastfeeding information and encouragement to WIC pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.
Your day will involve:

Attends clinics to provide in-person services to assist participants with breastfeeding needs as well as contacting participants by phone on days not scheduled for clinics.
Contacts postpartum women electing to breastfeed after delivery by phone or by office appointment to assist in breastfeeding initiating questions and concerns, provide information and support, encourage the continuance of breastfeeding and to respond to any breastfeeding concerns or problems and arranges follow-up contacts in accordance with schedule outlined in the NH Policy and Procedure Manual and as needed and indicated by WIC participants to provide necessary support and information to encourage a successful breastfeeding experience.
Maintains accurate records of all contacts and completes weekly activity worksheets documenting paper record information into the StarLINC System for WIC in a timely manner.
Will attend required Agency meetings with supervisor and other peers, WIC BFPC monthly staff meetings, as scheduled, and required in person clinic days. Attends state sponsored breastfeeding peer counseling meetings, special conferences or in-services on breastfeeding to increase knowledge and skills.

Requirements
Qualifications to Be a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor;
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Education: High school diploma or equivalency credential required.
Experience: Six months of related experience. Currently or has been a successful breastfeeding mother that has participated in the WIC program.
Skills: Ability to use computer and office software applications.
Characteristics: Ability to work independently outside of the WIC clinic setting.
Technical: Ability to provide peer counseling activities in a courteous, professional, and non-judgmental manner.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

$1000 sign on bonus after 90-days (based on performance/attendance)
This person will assist with Receiving, stocking and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products within the plant.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Must be Forklift Certified
Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
Operates material handling equipment such as fork truck, electronic counting/weighing scales, UPS parcel scale and meter to transport stored items from warehouse to production or other areas within the plant for shipment.
Loads and unloads incoming and outgoing freight using material handling equipment.
Print labels as needed for product being sent to the DC on transfers. Responsible for entering the data into SAP at the end of the day for any product leaving the building. Print any bill of ladings needed for truck shipments; work with Customer Service to resolve packing and/or picking slips that will not print or are on blocks that prevent shipping confirmation.
Coordinate the scrap truck pick-up process with warehouse administrator to arrange for the truck to be picked up when ready for transport.
Other duties may be assigned.
