The Team You'll Work With We're looking for talented salespeople to join our Private Equity Fund Administration team. Our customers are primarily Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate Funds. Carta's platform allows these clients to track and manage their portfolios while liaising with their investors. As a member of the Fund Admin sales team, you'll introduce top tier clients to our wide range of product offerings, including Fund Administration, portfolio management, reporting and analytics, investor management, investor portal, valuations, and data collection. These Carta services include selling consultative access to our team of Carta fund administration accountants who support funds reporting needs. We offer a tech-focused investor portal to both the fund GPs/Admins and also their investors/LPs. You will also work closely with new PE funds as they navigate the process of forming a new fund. That process involves advising them on best practices and referring them to additional vendors which may include fund formation lawyers and audit professionals. As a Senior Manager, People Systems, you'll work to: Lead the strategy, design, and optimization of Workday modules (Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent, PATT, and HCM) to support Carta's global growth and evolving business needs Own and drive end-to-end delivery of critical annual processes, including Open Enrollment, ACA reporting/filing, and merit/bonus/equity cycles, ensuring flawless execution and continuous improvement Architect scalable, compliant, and efficient systems by building and maintaining eligibility rules, calculated fields, business processes, validations, and security frameworks Oversee integrations (Cloud Connect for Benefits/EDI, EIB/Core Connectors/Studio) and deliver actionable reporting and dashboards for business stakeholders Partner with cross-functional teams to manage product design, SLAs, and workflows, ensuring alignment and a seamless employee experience Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity across all people systems Manage relationship with third party consultants and Workday Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence The Team You'll Work With You'll be leading the People Systems team within People Platform, a group dedicated to building the future of work at Carta using systems, analytics, AI, and operations. The team designs and scales workflows, processes, and systems that support a global workforce, always with an eye on efficiency, data quality, and driving employee performance and experience. As a Senior Manager, you'll partner closely with the People, Finance, and IT teams to ensure Workday, Lattice and related people systems are not just running, but running brilliantly. You'll lead and mentor a team of systems experts, drive cross-functional projects, and play a key role in shaping Carta's employee experience at scale. The Problems You'll Solve As a Senior Software Engineer, Product Security with the power to change the product, the pipeline, and our developers on-boarding, you'll be able to help us design and evolve our product security program. We are the partners of product and infrastructure engineering and need curious minds to help us keep paving the way. Some of the problems you'll help us solve are: Leadership & Strategy: Define and drive the product security best practices across product teams. Mentor and guide junior security engineers and cross-functional teams on secure development practices. Threat Modeling: Perform threat modeling exercises for new and existing products to identify potential security vulnerabilities. Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies in collaboration with product and engineering teams. Secure Development & Architecture: Integrate security best practices into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and infrastructure design. Work closely with development and operations teams to design security into products from inception through deployment. Vulnerability Management: Perform comprehensive security testing, including code reviews, penetration testing, fuzz testing, and the development of automated security tools. Collaboration with Secops: Participate in security incident response efforts, conduct root cause analyses, and coordinate remediation across teams in partnership with Security operations. About You Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product or application security with demonstrable expertise in secure software development and infrastructure security. (Strong preference for candidates who have been a Software Engineer and/or have experience building software applications.) Deep understanding of threat modeling, risk management, and vulnerability assessment methodologies. Experience with secure API development, microservices security, and addressing emerging infrastructure security challenges. The Team You'll Work With We're looking for talented Enterprise Account Executives to join our Venture Capital Fund Administration, Established team. Our customers are primarily venture capital firms as well as angel investors, family offices, funds of funds, and private equity firms. Carta's platform allows these clients to track and manage their portfolios while liaising with their investors. As a Fund Admin Account Executive, you'll introduce top tier clients to our wide range of product offerings, including portfolio management, reporting and analytics, investor management, investor portal, valuations, and data collection. These Carta services include selling consultative access to our team of Carta fund administration accountants who support funds quarterly reporting needs.
