The Problems You'll Solve
As a part of the Office of the CEO, your job will be to support and streamline the operations of Carta's CEO. This includes:
Build trusted business partnerships with Carta's CEO, their internal stakeholders and other key Cartans across the business
Understand how Carta operates and its core products and offerings. Know who is responsible for what, which teams are in which office, and what their various priorities are to inform CEO's schedule and travel calendar
Proactively and accurately manage heavy calendars (which includes internal and external meetings) while proactively resolving conflicts. Become the central point of contact for managing CEO's logistics for key external events and conferences.
Introduce operational efficiencies for key aspects of CEO operations, including how the Office manages tasks, prepares for meetings, and transmits information to the rest of the organization
Develop and manage a system for the CEO to efficiently triage and respond to emails and Slack messages while also overseeing inbox management, handling email replies, and ensuring timely follow-ups when needed
Manage all aspects of expenses and travel, including visa requirements, detailed itineraries, bookings, and timely expense processing-exercising good judgment and ensuring adherence to company travel and expense policies
Collaborate on strategic priorities within the Office of the CEO and with the Chief of Staff to ensure company priorities are met
The Team You'll Work With
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support Carta's CEO and Founder and work within the Office of the CEO. This person will report to Carta's Chief of Staff and work closely with our CEO, the office of the CEO team, EA team, and the broader leadership team at Carta.
About You
You are a roll-up-your-sleeves, “get in the weeds,” individual that has experience supporting and building strong relationships with executive leaders in a fast paced startup environment. You are incredibly detail oriented, a problem solver and have excellent judgment. You know how to find common ground with leadership and peers alike to build relationships. You are professional, discrete and eager to learn.

Have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives or other relevant role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Are an independent problem solver with a proactive and adaptable mindset
Have exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
Possess strong communication skills, adapting messaging for different internal and external audiences
Demonstrate professionalism and discretion, balancing confidentiality with transparency
Have experience managing complex travel and event logistics (including international travel, visas, and itineraries)
Are flexible and available to travel with the CEO
Are comfortable working under pressure while juggling multiple deadlines, last minute requests, and competing priorities
Have worked closely with executives in a fast-growing company and understand the demands of a scaling business

Salary
Carta's compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary) range for this role is: $131,750 - $210,000 in San Francisco. The Problems You'll Solve
Complete capital call requests ranging from simple to complex (custom requests, late interest calculations, etc.)
Complete simple distribution requests without assistance and work on more complex distribution requests together with team lead and manager
Monitor request queue and proactively escalate any requests that require help from more senior members of the team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements, propose solutions, and implement improvements
The Team You'll Work With
You'll be joining our Capital Activity Functional Team. This team is responsible for all capital activity requests submitted by clients, such as capital calls and distributions, as well as calculations associated with those requests. We support clients by:
Preparing capital call notices using Carta proprietary software and providing supporting calculations when necessary
Preparing distribution notices using Carta proprietary software and providing supporting calculations when necessary
Collaborating cross-functionally with Treasury, Fees and Fund Accounting teams, when needed, to ensure capital activity events are executed efficiently and without errors
Delivering client education on Carta processes around capital calls and distributions

The Team You'll Work With
You'll be joining our HR Business Partner team as a strategic and adaptable Senior HR Business Partner to support our Revenue organization. In this role, you will partner closely with senior revenue leadership to scale the team, drive performance, support organizational change, and ensure an exceptional employee experience.You're able to build strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional partners by coaching, advising, and influencing outcomes that are best for Cartans. The Team You'll Work With
We're looking for talented salespeople to join our Private Equity Fund Administration team. Our customers are primarily Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate Funds. Carta's platform allows these clients to track and manage their portfolios while liaising with their investors.
As a member of the Fund Admin sales team, you'll introduce top tier clients to our wide range of product offerings, including Fund Administration, portfolio management, reporting and analytics, investor management, investor portal, valuations, and data collection. These Carta services include selling consultative access to our team of Carta fund administration accountants who support funds reporting needs. We offer a tech-focused investor portal to both the fund GPs/Admins and also their investors/LPs.
You will also work closely with new PE funds as they navigate the process of forming a new fund. That process involves advising them on best practices and referring them to additional vendors which may include fund formation lawyers and audit professionals.

The Team You'll Work With
You'll be joining our Strategic Finance team supporting Carta's leadership. This is a high-impact role at the center of corporate planning and decision-making, responsible for driving alignment across Product, GTM, and G&A functions. You'll generate insights into Carta's overall financial performance, shape our long-range strategy, and provide the frameworks that guide investment and resource allocation. About You
8+ years of progressive Finance experience, ideally combining time in professional services (investment banking, private equity, or consulting) with in-house Corporate Finance or FP&A in a technology company; SaaS or high-growth experience strongly preferred

Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and compelling narratives for executives and Boards

As a Senior Security Analyst, you'll directly shape and strengthen our detection and response capabilities, help mature our security operations, and ultimately protect the organization from evolving threats. The Team You'll Work With
We're looking for talented salespeople to join our Private Equity Fund Administration team focused on Emerging Funds. Our customers are primarily Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate Funds. Carta's platform allows these clients to track and manage their portfolios while liaising with their investors.
As a member of the Private Equity Emerging Fund Admin sales team, you'll introduce top tier clients to our wide range of product offerings, including Fund Administration, portfolio management, reporting and analytics, investor management, investor portal, valuations, and data collection. These Carta services include selling consultative access to our team of Carta fund administration accountants who support funds reporting needs. We offer a tech-focused investor portal to both the fund GPs/Admins and also their investors/LPs.

The Team You'll Work With
We are seeking a dynamic HR Leader to join our People team and make a high impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This leader will partner with business executives, People Team leaders, and lead a small team of HRBPs to drive people strategies, support organizational growth, and help shape Carta's culture. You will serve as the primary HR partner to executive and senior leaders in our G&A (People, Legal, Finance) and GTM (Sales & Marketing) organizations.

The Problems You'll Solve
As a Director, HRBP, you will be the primary HR partner for the G&A and GTM Executive and Leadership Teams. You will focus on balancing immediate operational needs with strategic, scalable program execution.
Specifically, you will:
Lead and Develop HRBPs- Lead and develop a small team of HRBPs, ensuring their growth, engagement, and success as strategic partners to the business
Be a Strategic Business Partner - Consult with and advise executive and senior leaders within G&A and GTM to develop and implement effective people strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational performance
Design & Execute People Strategies - Design and implement creative people strategies and solutions that align with business goals and address complex organizational challenges specific to G&A and GTM
Drive Functional Performance - Partner with business leaders to roll out critical People initiatives, including performance management, compensation strategies, benefits, and employee development programs for your client groups.
Enable Organizational Effectiveness - Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and employee movements such as promotions, lateral transfers, and benchmarking
Leverage Data - Utilize data and insights to guide decisions, uncover trends, and improve organizational health within the G&A and GTM functions
Manage Employee Relations & Compliance - Resolve complex employee relations issues while balancing immediate operational needs with long-term growth strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, maintaining compliance and mitigating legal risks
Coach & Mentor - Coach and mentor managers and executives across all levels to enhance leadership capabilities and influence outcomes that align with organizational success
Champion Culture & Change - Build strong relationships with employees and leaders to champion culture, drive change, and foster a high-performing organization
The Impact You'll Have
You'll be a trusted advisor and confidante to business leaders and employees across the G&A and GTM organizations, navigating challenges and driving impactful solutions. By deeply understanding the business, you will tackle problems that affect current employees, future hires, and the leaders who support them. This role is a key partnership position, working closely with senior leadership team members to align People strategies with business objectives.
About You
You are an experienced, empathetic, and results-oriented HR leader with a track record of driving impactful People strategies. You excel in ambiguous, high-growth environments where strategies evolve, and operationally minded.
Qualifications:
12+ years of HRBP or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Experience in a fast-paced established technology company and startup environment
Demonstrated success partnering with executives and influencing across all levels of an organization
Experience partnering with centers of excellence for larger company wide initiatives
Exceptional coaching skills with the ability to empower and develop individual contributors and executives
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities effectively
Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and interpersonal-with a high degree of empathy
Hands-on experience with workforce planning, succession planning, compensation, and employee relations
Familiarity with hybrid and international work environments, and an appreciation for cultural nuances in a global workforce
A demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting strategies and priorities in rapidly growing or evolving organizations
Salary
Carta's compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:
$225,000 - $300,000 in San Francisco

The Team You'll Work With
We're looking for talented Enterprise Account Executives to join our Venture Capital Fund Administration, Established team. Our customers are primarily venture capital firms as well as angel investors, family offices, funds of funds, and private equity firms. Carta's platform allows these clients to track and manage their portfolios while liaising with their investors.
As a Fund Admin Account Executive, you'll introduce top tier clients to our wide range of product offerings, including portfolio management, reporting and analytics, investor management, investor portal, valuations, and data collection. These Carta services include selling consultative access to our team of Carta fund administration accountants who support funds quarterly reporting needs. We offer tech-focused investor portals to both the fund GPs/Admins and also their investors/LPs.
You will also work closely with new venture capital funds as they navigate the process of forming a new fund. That process involves advising them on best practices and referring them to additional vendors which may include fund formation lawyers and tax professionals.
The Problems You'll Solve

About You

Bring deep investment in the VC fund CFO persona and the buying group therein (finance, accounting) to your work on how we launch and sustain products in market
Deploy impactful PMM planning and prioritization in conjunction with the wider marketing team for campaigns. Evaluate and decide what product marketing investments are needed for success, in both deliverables and resourcing
Inform pricing strategy and decision-making through market research and GTM analysis in conjunction with the GTM Strategy team
Develop and curate performant marketing assets including but not limited to product collateral, multimedia/creative assets, market-facing presentations, campaign assets, sales-supporting pieces, and channel marketing materials
Work closely with our Creative and Program Management teams to deliver marketing assets aligned to product goals
Enable strong creative execution through high-quality briefs
Operate cross-functionally with partners and stakeholders in Product/PMM, Creative/Brand, Demand Generation, Integrated Marketing (including Events), Customer Marketing, Business Development, Enablement, and Sales
Create marketing strategies for existing products/product features informed by customer research, in conjunction with PMM peers and Customer Marketing
Act as a key owner in analytics for launch performance, for reporting and informing decision-making on GTM strategy
Partner with Integrated Marketing to reflect product objectives in quarterly and lifecycle campaigns
Collaborate with the performance marketing team on paid activations to support GTM objectives
Work closely with Growth Marketing on upsell/cross-sell motions for new revenue with adjacent, value-add products to our PLG offerings
Collaborate with product managers, product marketers, designers, and other teams to influence product development and ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product improvements
Be present in the market via owned and external events
Present at company-led customer events, internal events such as kickoffs, and industry conferences/panels
About You
A successful Product Marketing Manager for this role would likely have:
5+ years of hands-on product marketing/GTM experience
Preferably, SaaS fintech experience and/or product marketing experience at companies that serve VC or similar investor types
Motivation to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Creative problem solving skills
Ability to diagnose problems, isolate them into their component parts, and drive towards creative solutions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into actionable value propositions for prospects and customers
