Description As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting the workflow of shipping and receiving materials. This entails pulling stock and custom materials according to orders and staging them until the orders are complete and ready to be shipped. You will assist with inventory and report shortages. You will ensure incoming orders are correct and placed in proper storage areas. We provide forklifts, pallet jacks, banding machines and other equipment to make the job easier! A successful Co-op will learn how to negotiate contracts with subcontractors, research supply chain alternatives, and perform data analytics to analyze trends. Top achieving Co-ops will have the opportunity to manage a new process improvement project from idea generation to final implementation under the guidance of the Logistics Manager. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate in a team environment under the guidance of leaders in the Logistics and Manufacturing Groups. Support Project Managers and Foremen in developing innovative procurement and delivery strategies, ensuring timely and accurate movement of materials from shops, vendors, and warehouses to job sites. Work with our Shop Superintendents to understand current processes and identify and minimize waste by applying LEAN principles. Leverage historical and real-time data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and prioritize high-impact process improvement initiatives across logistics operations. Communicate effectively across all levels of the business from front-line personnel to executive leadership tailoring communications to fit audience needs and drive buy-in across the organization. BASIC QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Experience: Candidates must be enrolled in a Co-op program at an accredited school majoring in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Construction Management, or a related degree. • Candidates must complete at least two full-time , alternating Co-op rotations before graduation and should avoid a full courseload while working, which may delay graduation. 1 st Rotation: Fall 2026 2 nd Rotation: Summer 2027 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail focused.
