Carter-Waters was started in 1922 by Kemper Carter and Bert Waters. In 1984, Jeff Hanes purchased Carter-Waters and helped turn the company into a leading distributor of construction supply materials. Pritzker Group Private Capital (www.pritzkergroup.com) acquired the business in 2007 and offers a broad relationship network and resources to help the overall performance of the company. Carter-Waters offers 10 locations across Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois to serve our customers' construction material and equipment needs. Carter-Waters also maintains an extensive rental inventory of concrete forming and shoring products, operates a custom rebar fabrication facility, manufactures special asphalt product at the Saturock Plant and provides estimating and detailing services for bid lettings. Carter-Waters represents more than 300 manufacturers stocking more than 5,000 different line items. We respond to your project requirement with recommendations, quality products, and excellent service. Carter-Waters helps customers get their job done right and on time.
