Job Description
Looking for a Warehouse Specialist to perform a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse.
Here is glimpse of what you will do:
• Load and unload installer's trucks; Ensures the Load In / Load Out policies are adhered to.
• Perform a variety of warehouse duties such as pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness, inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor product, maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.), move, store, and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
• Perform receiving duties such as receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments, stock material, process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Maintain, clean and organize facility by sweeping, trash removal, etc.
• Receive and inspect incoming material orders from approved vendors.
• Cycle count inventory, store in orderly and accessible manner, while inspecting stock items for wear or defects and reporting to supervision.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
• Make occasional deliveries to job sites or customers.
Here is some of what you will need (required):
• Forklift certification.
• Strong Math Skills.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs. during physical loading/unloading of trucks.
• Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours to perform job related tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Responsible for providing leadership of receiving, operations planning, and distribution/ transportation
* Provide oversight to the Supply Chain operations to ensure the constant availability of product to meet the demands of customers and their market places
* Supports and promotes food safety and quality program initiatives within the plant environment
* Responsible for implementing methods, approaches, and solutions to maximize warehouse efficiency and use, including infrastructure and align configuration and racking/handling equipment
* Responsible for working with the manager to review staffing levels within the warehouse, including cross-training of all personnel
* Responsible for productivity/efficiency reports, dock door management, and other reports as required
* Responsible for budget management, daily management of supplies, labor, overtime, pallets, etc.
* Identify and correct root causes of inventory discrepancies at DC's, review underlying processes and information that may lead to discrepancies (i.e. interview users to identify potential causes and determine actual, underlying causes), and recommend/implement appropriate changes.
* Facilitate management of projects related to the change of packaging materials, vendors, or ingredients.
* Oversee cycle count process at the plant, including compliance with policies, monitoring adjustments against budget, evaluating trend data to determine the root cause of discrepancies.
* Responsible for operation planning, including the creation of finite schedules, ingredient and packaging procurement.

Essential Job Functions
The incumbent must be able to perform all the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Provide guests with an exceptional experience
