Position Overview:
This is a supervisory position in an Inspection Center overseeing a team carrying out daily operations
within a Carvana Inspection Center. The Reconditioning Manager oversees all aspects of the vehicle
reconditioning process and directs at least five leads and up to 70 front line associates in a lean
manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for maintaining a culture of continuous
improvement and high associate engagement while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives.

The Penske Entertainment Sustainability Intern is responsible for supporting all sustainability initiatives across the three business units (Indianapolis Motor Speedway, INDYCAR, and IMSP). Join the team that maintains the most unique turf and landscape in sports. The Golf and Grounds Department is responsible for maintaining the 'hallowed' grounds of the historic Indianapolis Motor Speedway, including the Brickyard Crossing Golf Course.
Full and Flexible Work Schedules are available. Full Schedule includes M-F plus one weekend day with 40+ of work per week. Our flexible scheduling fits employee needs with schedules ranging from 2-6 days per week while hours can range from 15 to 40+ hours per week depending on applicant.
