Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs. Managing the full recruitment process from job posting, application review, interviews, and offer negotiation, to onboarding new hires. Utilizing job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to actively source candidates and enhance our employer brand. Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and help new hires integrate successfully into our company culture. Keeping accurate records of all candidate interactions and ensuring compliance with company hiring policies. Providing regular updates to management on recruitment progress, trends, and potential areas for improvement. Assisting with employee retention strategies and identifying opportunities for internal promotions to support our commitment to growing talent from within. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in recruitment may be considered. Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the automotive or related industries. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interviewing best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships with candidates and internal teams. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media for recruiting purposes. Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to forecast future hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives. Build and nurture the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and strategic partners.
